Banning + Subscription Question
When you ban someone does it automatically cancel their subscription and does it notify them in anyway?

@Sid Sahasrabuddhe I have some members who are just virtual and some in person for my b-ball training business. A local person got into my virtual part because I didn’t segment them correctly. I don’t want them to know the locations/times/days we are training at because they are not a good fit. So want to take them off without notification

Subscription price question.
If one customer pays the initial price of your community and then you change the price of it. Does that person who payed the initial price keep their same price? Example. If the initial price is $27/mo then you change it to $99/mo. Does anyone who was paying $27/mo start paying $99/mo ? Or do they stay at $27/mo

@Sid Sahasrabuddhe Hey Sid, just looked at the terms. So anyone who signs up are basically agreeing to no refund policy as stated in this part of the terms...is that correct? "The Subscription Fees, when paid, are non-refundable and accrue on the first day of each term or successive renewal term until canceled," So hypothetically speaking...if there was a dispute we just submit that part of skool's terms....is that correct?
