How much cologne and how often to re-aply?
Due to surgery when I was young, I have a very diminished sense of smell. As a consequence, cologne hasn't been a priority. But, after watching the recent videos, I want to incorporate cologne into my repertoire. How much should a man apply initially? A drop, a few drops, more? And, how often should it be reapplied?
Style tips for the follically challenged
Any tips for bald guys? I know the internet will tell me to go to Turkey for implants. But the truth is: I love being bald. It fits with the image I want to share of being active and practical without sacrificing style. I also like having a haircut every morning. Two more specific questions are: (1) Wearing a hat is often a necessity to deal with the cold or the sun. Any tips to wear a hat stylishly in the different seasons? (2) Anything I should consider because I’m bald like how it affects proportions?

As a fellow bald soul, I suggest a good felt crusher hat in either a fedora or Aussie style. The brim is wide enough to shield the eyes and the back of the head, and it's an attractive look in a suit or casual clothes. Also, a well cared for crusher can take some abuse and still look good.
Commitment to Fitness
Who here has an active fitness/exercise routine? What are your short/long term goals? For me: I do 4-5day/week resistance training. Aiming to get in the best shape of my life following a back injury and subsequent surgery. (refusing to have a "Dad bod")

I do weight training 3 days a week and cardio other days when my knees allow it. I'm down 60 lbs and have added muscle but at 55 it's a battle. The key is consistency.
#TechniqueThursday: 🧔‍♂️Beard Game Strong
Want a cleaner, more even beard trim every time? Here’s a quick technique that works — even if you're not a pro: The Line-Up Trick: 1. Start by brushing your beard downward with a beard comb. 2. Use the two-finger rule (place two fingers above your Adam’s apple)—that’s where your neckline should stop. Trim everything below. 3. For cheek lines, imagine a straight line from the bottom of your sideburn to the corner of your mustache—clean up above that line to define the shape. 4. Use a guarded trimmer for bulk, and detail with scissors for precision. 5. Finish with a few drops of beard oil to soften hair and prevent itch. 💡 Pro Tip: Don’t chase symmetry obsessively. Aim for balance, not perfection. What’s your go-to beard maintenance move? Drop your routine below 👇

Finally! I finally have some guidelines for my beard. I'm terrified of having a neck beard and looking like I'm furry from my chin to my toes.

OK, so by introducing yourself you are guaranteed to get to level 2 - it's really that easy and I LOVE learning more about the cool people in this group. Feel free to share where you're from, why you're here, what you do for a living, and what you like about style. Are you a watch guy, suit guy, fragrance guy, or maybe just getting started? Have fun here!
