I am looking for feedback and advice. I currently use GHL as SaaS product. They have a built in AI Assistant, but I currently use Assistable within it. AI Voice Phone Number Options
What has been the best option for voice numbers and Assistable? Buying a number through Assistable or using a service like Twilio and importing the number/SIP Trunking? If anyone can provide pros and cons, that would be greatly appreciated.

@Luis Garibay If we switch to using SIP trunking with Twilio, will there be additional call charges? Currently, we're using platform phone numbers for outbound calls, and all costs are covered at $0.07 per minute. If we move to SIP trunking, will we still be paying the $0.07 per minute plus the Twilio call charges? Or will the cost structure change?

Bug-Bounty Filled & Post-mortem
We had a intermittent calling timeout when initiating outbound calls. When processing calls, we had an outdated process that wasn't correctly mapping rate limits so it was allowing account to bypass the rate limit. These processes have been updated and made current and the bug-bounty for this has been filled. Rate limits have temporarily been decreased to almost-no-volume to allow server memory to recoup and then we will allow all access ahead one more based on account tiers.

Sending Call Stats from Assistable to Google Sheets
We need to track daily call statistics such as total calls made, contact ends, voicemails, no answers, dial failed, etc. Ideally, all this data should be automatically updated in a Google Sheet, organized by date. Note: We do not want to use webhooks triggered for each call, as we're handling a high call volume and this could significantly increase costs. Instead, we just need these stats to be fetched and updated once per day in the sheet automatically. Is there a way to automate this daily sync efficiently without relying on per-call triggers?
