Sending Call Stats from Assistable to Google Sheets
We need to track daily call statistics such as total calls made, contact ends, voicemails, no answers, dial failed, etc. Ideally, all this data should be automatically updated in a Google Sheet, organized by date. Note: We do not want to use webhooks triggered for each call, as we're handling a high call volume and this could significantly increase costs. Instead, we just need these stats to be fetched and updated once per day in the sheet automatically. Is there a way to automate this daily sync efficiently without relying on per-call triggers?
