Your upwork profile is supposed to be no different from a landing page ... think about how do you go about writing copy for your landing page. Even though it's your website/profile, but the prospect only cares about themselves. They just want to know whether you're the one from the hundreds they come across on the platform. So make it about them as much as possible. Call out the most painful problem they're experiencing in their business that's stopping them from going from point A to point B. Then position yourself as the best guy who has a solution to their problem. That's number one. The second thing is to be very specific about everything you say. If you have generated some results for a previous client, talk about it. Talk about how you took them from their painful situation to a desired situation. And let the numbers talk: that is mention time saved, revenue generated/increased, etc... things that are quantifiable. Right now everything is generic and you're talking about quite many things that honestly most people have no idea about so they're just not going to read that. That is the last thing you want. Back to my point about talking about their most pressing problem. You wanna nail just ONE big idea and make sure you get it right. Do some research about it. Also make sure whatever sections upwork offers you have them filled to a degree. Projects, certifications, video intro, etc.

I made this upwork profile 2 years back, but i feared and didn't do much work on this, now i am planning to give this a chance after seeing haroon bhai's course on maavi. I need advice should i do this as individual freelancer or make this accordingly as i have a small agency agency now? Don't overthink this ... just run your profile as a freelancer. Huge reason people hire on upwork is they know they're talking to a person who's going to do the job themselves and won't outsource it to a team. Just run as a solo operator. Your profile needs improvement though. It should be focused more your prospects rather than yourself. Talk about results your've generated for any past clients, quantify them by time saved and/or revenue increased. Then make sure your cover letter are really really good. Send a personalized loom with your applications ... open a flow chart maker like miro, lucidchart, etc while reading out the main points of their application and then talk about how you're going to get the job done.
