You kept yourself moving from one task to another, balanced home responsibilities, and dedicated long desk hours toward building your 90-day challenge framework. You also stayed consistent with the gym and kept your spiritual practice active. Minor distractions happened, but you brought yourself back quickly. Strong discipline overall.
