Something Amazing Happened !!
Guys, I talked with some family friends in South Africa, they do catering and home renovation business there, so he asked me to have a full oiled plan for SEO, TikTok, Instagram and FB video ads, mobile app and website :) after 2-3 week they will send me all the content and details. I really thanks Allah to have such grace on a person like me :( .. Shukar Alhamdulillah ... I am planning to take him over UpWork and Fiver in order to have my profile ranked as much as possible. They also said to decide the charges :) now how much a month should I charge or should I go with per lead charges??? Please guide !!

MashaAllah, well deserved brother. My suggestion is to start with monthly charges, then later you can add performance bonuses if leads perform well.
What do clients actually ask?
First of all, confidence matters. Whether you’re talking on a call or sending a proposal, remember: 👉 That proposal might be your first and last chance with that client. So don’t write things like: “I’ll explain more on the call.” Instead: • Understand their problem • Point out the real issues • Clearly say how you’ll solve them Clients don’t buy calls they buy solutions. Before approaching any client, also think practically. Ask yourself: • Can this client afford what I’m quoting? • Does their business revenue support my pricing? If a business earns around 100k PKR, and you’re asking 70–80k monthly, it’s not realistic. They have other expenses too. Offer something the client can digest easily. Then clearly explain: • How you’ll help them make more money • How your service will grow their business If you’re just a cost, you’ll be removed sooner or later. But if you become someone who brings business and results, clients won’t hesitate to pay you and they’ll keep you long-term. So don’t focus only on: ❌ Quoting a price ✔️ Focus on how the client will earn because of you That’s how you build trust, retention, and long-term clients.

This is so on point. Clients don’t care about meetings, they care about outcomes. If you can clearly connect your service to their revenue, the conversation changes completely.
Daily Journal Date: 2 February 2026 Day: Day 1
One thing I want to remember about today: I consciously chose responsibility over excuses. Today wasn’t perfect, but I showed up with awareness and that’s the foundation of real change. What time did I sleep last night and when did I wake up? Slept at 12:30 AM woke up at 7:00 AM What data will I look up after a month or year? - Sleep consistency (bedtime/wake-up trends) - Gym + cardio - Energy levels and focus - Progress in discipline and daily task completion - Mental clarity and emotional control Reminders: - No one can waste my time except me. - Small wins: win the seconds, win the hours. - The way you do anything is the way you do everything. - Conduct weekly/monthly reflections. - Don’t multitask, focus on one big thing each day. - Manifest the work you are about to do, using a diary. Day Start Section Most Important 1–3 Tasks: 1. Complete my main work/study task with full focus (no multitasking). 2. Gym + cardio training, even if energy feels low. 3. Reflect and journal honestly at night. What I don’t want to do today: - Mindless scrolling - Procrastinating on small tasks - Complaining or blaming circumstances Day Close Section Wins of the Day: - Showed discipline even when motivation was low - Completed the most important task of the day - Trained physically despite mental resistance - Took time to reflect instead of escaping distractions Mistakes / Learnings: - Lost focus briefly to distractions, learned that awareness helps me reset faster - Energy dips when sleep is late, sleep discipline needs improvement

Just finished the Personal Identity & Self-Transformation section, and honestly, this part hit harder than expected. A few big takeaways I want to share for anyone just starting: • Growth starts with ownership. The moment I stopped blaming circumstances and other people, things felt lighter. Responsibility isn’t pressure it’s power. • Rewiring your mind is real work. Your subconscious runs more of your life than you think. What you repeatedly consume, think, and tolerate becomes your default. • Spending time alone isn’t loneliness it’s clarity. Sitting with yourself exposes habits, fears, and strengths you usually ignore. That awareness is where change begins. • Labels like “alpha/beta” aren’t insults, they’re mirrors. They force you to look at your energy, confidence, and boundaries honestly, without sugarcoating. • Becoming better isn’t dramatic it’s daily. Small mental shifts, done consistently, compound faster than motivation ever will. Curious to see how others applied these lessons in real life. Let’s keep leveling up together
