Daily Journal – December 4, 2025
Assalamualaikum to all my community friends, - 9:10 AM – Woke up (door knock) - Door khola → breakfast aya hua tha, Papa bhi aaye - Breakfast kiya - 12:15 PM tak work continue kiya - Working link mein issue aa gaya → work ruk gaya - Ik dost ne kaha “wait karo, main aa raha hoon kuch saman dena tha” - Ghar gaya → light thi - Chai ke baad laptop open karne laga → light chali gayi - Light na aane ki wajah se kuch aur chhota kaam kiya - 5 PM – Dinner karke factory jane ka plan banaya (light nahi aa rahi thi) - Chai ke last 2 ghont hi baqi thay ke light aa gai - Maghrib ada ki - Cousin ki call: “Shop se le jao” (Taya Abu ki tabiyat kharab thi) - Usko lay aya → 10 minutes baithay - Isha ho gai → takbeer-e-ula ke saath namaz ada ki - Bag uthaya aur sidha factory chala gaya - 8 PM – Laptop set karke working start - 2 AM tak work kiya - Aaj Jumma tha, is liye Surah Kahaf suni Reflection - Mujhe lagta hai ke main baar-baar ghar jaa kar comfort zone mein shift ho jata hoon - Routine stable nahi ho rahi - Jis waqt kaam shuru karta hoon, aksar light chali jati hai, flow break hota hai - Ye journal thoda late likh raha hoon — sorry for that - Pehle main likhta hi nahi tha - Lekin mujhe Sir ki baat yaad aayi: “Agar journal nahi likhoge, process follow nahi karoge…To apna nuqsaan khud karoge.Hum batayenge ke routine mein ghalti kahan hai,Aur kya cheez tumhein ameer hone se rok rahi hai.” I appreciate anyone who read all this. Please share suggestions ke isko aur behtar kaise likhun aur kaise apni routine improve kar sakta hoon.

Notes from Rewire Your Brain — Train Your Subconscious Mind
I watched Haroon bhai’s Mental Mastery chapter's first video (Rewire Your Brain — Train Your Subconscious Mind) and honestly, the way he explained things makes you reflect deeply. He talked about procrastination, distraction, and how our mind sometimes feels scattered , and I could relate. Many times, life doesn’t go as we imagine, and that creates frustration. But the way he broke everything down step by step really helps open the mind and gives a direction. 1. Haroon bhai explained that to train your mind and deal with procrastination, you need to understand your thoughts clearly, and journaling is the best way to do that because it helps you see what’s going on inside your mind. 2. He talked about taking a few quiet minutes each day just to think and reflect on why you avoid work and what small steps can help you start. 3. He also explained that repeating positive habits with your heart, mind, and tongue helps your subconscious accept them. 4. Before doing any task, you should think about the pros and cons so your emotions push you toward the right action. 5. He said to imagine the feeling of finishing the work, because that emotion motivates you. 6. Another important point was extreme ownership, taking full responsibility for everything in your life without excuses. Ask yourself daily what you did to move toward success. 7. He also highlighted deep work, which means working with full focus and no distractions, because this is a superpower in today’s world. 8. Lastly, he shared the first principle theory which is to break your tasks into small, easy pieces, so you don’t feel overwhelmed and can start with confidence. Some quick tips that I learned from this lesson, I want to share are: - Remove phone notifications when doing deep work. - If you feel stuck, do one tiny piece , that’s progress. - Celebrate small wins to keep motivation up. By journaling, thinking, taking ownership, and practicing deep work, you can slowly rebuild your mindset ,even if you feel lost or things aren’t going the way you imagined.

🗣️ Better Communication = Better Clients
Clear communication is one of the strongest skills a freelancer can build. When you ask the right questions, listen carefully, and explain your ideas simply, clients trust you more. Good communication avoids confusion, saves time, and creates smoother workflows. Even a short message written with clarity can make you stand out from other freelancers. Improve how you communicate—and you’ll improve the quality of clients you attract.
