Unexpected Mood Drops Is It Normal?
Idk why, but sometimes I suddenly feel sad and low for no clear reason. Even though I’m usually a very chill and happy person, during those moments I don’t feel like doing anything or talking to anyone. Is it normal to feel this way? And if it is, how can I overcome it?

IKIGAI:
Basically ikigai ek Japanese concept h jiska mtlb h “Aapki zindagi ki woh wajah jo aapko sense of purpose, khushi or fulfilment deti hai.” Ikigai 4 cheezon ka combination hota hai: 1. What you love — Jo cheezen aap shoq se kartay ho 2. What you are good at — Jis kaam mein aap naturally achy ho 3. What the world needs — Duniya ko jis cheez ki zaroorat hai 4. What you can be paid for — Jis kaam ka aapko paise mil sakte hain Jab yeh 4 circles aik jaga intersect kartay hain, wahan aapka Ikigai hota hai, matlab woh kaam jo aapko pasand bhi ho, aap usme achy bhi ho, logon ko uski zaroorat bhi ho aur aap us se kama bhi sako. In simple words: Ikigai = “Wo kaam jo aapko subah uthne ki wajah de.” Hai na mazy ki cheez😉 🧠 Core Philosophy Behind Ikigai: 1. Purpose is discovered, not forced: it's a process of uncovering what already exists inside you. 2. Small daily actions matter more than big dreams: Ikigai comes from consistent micro-fulfilment, not dramatic breakthroughs. 3. It evolves with you: Your Ikigai at 16 won’t be the same at 26, it grows as you grow. 4. Balance > Hustle: Japanese philosophy believes true success comes from a harmonized life, not burnout. ✨ The Real Benefits of Knowing Your Ikigai: - You gain clarity about your direction. - You avoid unnecessary distractions. - Your work becomes more meaningful and sustainable. - Decisions become easier (because they align with your core). - You naturally become more confident and consistent. 🟢 How to Start Finding Your Ikigai (Actionable Prompts) Ask yourself: - What activities make me forget to check my phone? - What do people often appreciate or ask my help for? - What problems do I naturally get excited to solve? - Which skills of mine could someone realistically pay for? Write all answers → find the overlapping patterns → that’s your early Ikigai direction. 🔑 Ultimate Takeaway: Ikigai isn’t a destination, it’s a compass. It guides you toward a life where your work, joy, contribution, and income finally agree with each other.
