Every day, I’ll drop a tiny task designed to pull you out of your head and into the room. By the end of the week, you will: - Shift from Anxiety to Awareness: Stop asking "How do I look?" and start asking "What's happening here?" - Master the Pause: Learn to speak from choice and intention rather than impulse. - Read Hidden Signals: Understand the true-meaning behind the words by noticing tone, energy, and emotion.
