1ST Video (Start Here) First thing, I am 100% agree as Haroon Bhai said what is happiness. for me happiness is when I pray, if feel so relax and happy. when people around me are happy, then I am happy. when I do anything with my will, I feel happy. Daily Rules: I already know the amount of improvements we can bring in our life by writing daily routine journal. because I have done this back in covid days.
