There are two kinds of motivators in this world: 🥕 The carrot people — they're chasing the reward. The income goal, the dream client, the feeling of finally launching that thing. The what's possible is what lights them up and gets them off the couch. 🥢 The stick people — they need a little pressure. A deadline, a consequence, a "I told people I was doing this and now I actually have to." The avoiding the ouch is what activates them. Neither one is wrong!
