Introduction I'm Michelle living in Texas and I'm late knowing I had ADD, 50's. Now that I am retired (74), I struggle more because I do not have the structure of work. 3 things I would like from class: To learn how to pace my energy, Learn how to have a daily routine that works for me, and too learn how to schedule fun time without getting too distracted from goals & task For fun Visit with friends Cook Play with and walk my dogs
