One step at a time
Hi everyone. I am hoping that this is a step that will help me get on top of things. I have a number of medical issues that i am dealing with but loosing my reasoning. Earlier this year i was diagnosed with ADHD that put a lot of perspective on things. I have no support so i am figuring out by myself which is hard to do when you cannot see things from an objective point. I used to be happy, active, helpful with lots of hobbies and interests, but lately i just lay in bed waiting for more bad news. My apologies for this morbid introduction, but I am tired at answering "Yes I am okay"

Hi David im sorry your feel this way, I too went through a period like this. I started doing gratitude list each day, to help rewire the brain to see more positive things. I started small with things like i was grateful for the water that came out of the tap. I hope this helps but I do understand how you are feeling.
