I am a present and loving father and husband. I will take care of all other responsibilities on my own time in order to be the most present. I will not procrastinate so that work does not run into family time.

Today, at 37, I reflect on the life I’ve lived. Today, I give thanks for the gifts God has blessed me with. Today, I dedicate myself to helping others pursue self-mastery. Today, I seek wisdom from those who have walked great paths before me. A perfect birthday is built on reflection of where I’ve come from, action from where I stand now, and vision for where I’m going. Grateful for another year of growth, grace, and purpose. Have a blessed day. 🙏🏼

AM Journal 11/19/25
Physically I am feeling run down but emotionally and spiritually I am feeling invigorated. I am focused on staying true to the goal. Continue to grow as a manager today by handling and tracking new leads/lost members. My greatest obstacle today is resting on my accomplishments of yesterday. My plan is to build off the momentum of yesterday understanding that the goal is to help as many people as possible. Stay hydrated, fueled, and calm for the body. Stay close to God and others for the spirit.

I am a productive and generous father, husband and coach. I will sacrifice in service to others in all areas of my life. I reject self centeredness. I will not focus on what I can gain but what I can give to others.
About today:
What I’m feeling / thinking: A little run down today. The body feels sore and stiff, which is expected given the weekly training demands. This feedback isn’t negative, it’s data. Recovery becomes the primary priority, and I’ll return to optimal levels through targeted sustenance, hydration, and sleep. What I’m focused on today: Implementing structured stretch and mobility work, controlled breath work, and light movement to maintain tissue quality. Coaching my athletes with precision, intention, and clarity. Ensuring every session delivered aligns with long-term performance outcomes. Obstacle & plan: The current obstacle is muscular stiffness and accumulated fatigue. The plan is straightforward: increase hydration, optimise electrolyte balance, and complete focused mobility sessions to restore range and readiness. Early recovery tonight to reset physiological load for the coming days.
