What is the difference between Permission Set and Permission Sets Group? Give me a scenario ☺️ When do you use each Answer in the comments

Permission sets is more aligned to individual access whilst permission group are fixed set of rules/permissions sets. Example: James from Sales team member has access to customer records but no access to customer bank accounts details. Everyone in James team have similar access except but 3 new recruit joins the team and finds out due to been on probation do not have access to sales annual history. James Team Leader and area manager; have access to the customer records and bank accounts details details These access for both Leader & new recruit is easily down because there are permission sets group in place. Happy to be corrected if I am mistaken!

How do I get a Salesforce profile any ideas? The top right corner does not have the 'Salesforce' option. How do i get this back?

Resolved it last night too, so the Salesforce License needed to be removed from other accounts/user.
