✨ Keep the Momentum — Day 1
After such a meaningful week together, we don’t have to start over — we simply continue. This week is about carrying forward the small habits that felt supportive and building consistency in a way that fits real life. No pressure. No perfection. Just steady progress. ✨ Today’s focus: Choose one habit from last week that you want to keep — something simple that helps you feel grounded. It might be: • Prioritizing protein • Moving your body daily • Planning ahead • Drinking more water • Pausing before meals • Checking in with yourself Small steps build lasting change. 💬 Check in below: What’s one habit you’re carrying forward this week? I’m so glad we’re continuing this together 💜

I feel like I had success with planning ahead last week, so I’d like to do some meal prep/planning for the week on Sunday. I have a really busy Monday, so getting ahead will set me up for success.

@Brenda Chabot I hit Costco today and bought the 2lbs of cooked Chipotle Chicken for $11.99 that I can through in tacos, salads, a Chipotle bowl on the run. I have cut up all my fruit already. Sunday I will boil about 6 eggs for quick snacks and fill my large snack box with fruit, meat, cheese, nuts, veggies, and boiled eggs.

This week I meal planned well and always had protein on hand which helped in those rushed moments where I just needed to grab, but didn’t have time to cook. Saved me from bad choices several times this week!

@Brenda Chabot Yes! I had a productive week with very few low energy moments. I definitely did not stress around meal time and found myself being so thankful that I had prepped good food early on. I was satisfied with my meals each day instead of eating junk and wondering what else I could have bc I was not satisfied.
🌿 Gentle Reset — Day 4: Make Healthy Easier
By now you may be noticing something important… Lasting change isn’t about doing more — it’s about making supportive choices easier. Decision fatigue is real. When we simplify routines, we reduce stress and make consistency more natural. Instead of trying to do everything, let’s focus on one anchor habit — something small that helps you feel grounded. ✨ Today’s tiny action: Choose ONE simple habit to repeat today. Examples: • Protein at your first meal • A short walk after meals • Drinking water before coffee • Pausing to breathe before eating • Going to bed a little earlier Small habits build big momentum. 💬 Check in below: What’s your anchor habit today? 💜 And if you’re just joining us — you’re welcome anytime. No catching up needed. 🎉 Reminder: We’ll celebrate wins and reflect together during our LIVE Gentle Reset wrap-up coaching tomorrow (Friday) at 11:30am CST. To join, go to the Calendar and click the event link — everyone is welcome.

Focused on protein again for brunch and was very intentional about water before coffee. I put my coffee off until 12:30pm and it was just fine, I didn't die or bite anyone's head off 😉!

@Alisha Martin Whoo hoo! That’s a victorious day!😊
🌿 Gentle Reset — Day 3: Move Your Body — No Extremes Needed
As we continue our Gentle Reset, let’s remember something important: Fat loss after 40 isn’t about pushing harder — it’s about consistency and supportive habits. Movement doesn’t have to be intense to be effective. Small, regular movement supports your energy, metabolism, mood, and overall momentum. ✨ Today’s tiny action: Move your body in a way that feels supportive — a walk, stretching, strength training, getting outside, or simply moving more throughout your day. No pressure. No perfection. 💬 Check in below: What kind of movement feels good for you today? 💜 And if you’re just seeing this, you are absolutely welcome to join us now. There’s no catching up required. Start where you are. 🎉 Reminder: Join us for our LIVE Gentle Reset Wrap-Up Coaching this Friday at 11:30 am CST. Stretching feels right today...I've been a little achy and stressed so the neck is tight. Walking 30 minutes before church tonight is on the agenda.
🌿 Gentle Reset — Day 2: Build Plates, Not Diet Rules
Yesterday we focused on fueling your body — today we’re taking the next simple step. Instead of thinking about restriction or “what not to eat,” let’s shift toward building meals that support your energy, metabolism, and satisfaction. A simple framework: 👉 Protein 👉 Fiber (veggies, fruit, whole foods) 👉 Healthy fats or carbs — depending on your needs Balanced meals help: ✔️ Reduce cravings ✔️ Keep energy steady ✔️ Support fat loss without extremes ✔️ Feel more satisfied — not deprived ✨ Today’s tiny action: Build or adjust just ONE meal using this approach — no perfection required. 💬 Check in below: Which meal are you focusing on today — and what are you adding? I love seeing the small shifts happening 💜 (Premium members — the Blueprint walks through simple meal building step-by-step if you want extra guidance.)

Lunch is where I focused on whole foods that are filling. Decided to go for cauliflower rice as apposed to my normal white rice staple!
