Ooh, I don't like either option 🙈 I used to be a burpee fan, but my knees aren't as cooperative at this weight. I love a good walk, but I tried the 12-3-30 method (12% incline, 3 mph, 30 min) and ooh, it was tough!!! I got bored quickly, but it totally kicked my butt cardiovascular wise. Don't make me choose 🤣
