Asking for love and prayers 🙏
Hi ladies - I lost a good friend yesterday as his 3 year battle with cancer ended. He was an amazing man and left behind his wife and 12 year old twins. If you have the space I’d love for us as a community to send love and prayers to him and his family. Thank you in advance 🫶🙏✨ His name was Casey and his wife and kids are Lindsey, Chloe and Mason.

1. I showed up for myself by not creeping back into my anxious attachment style. I've never dated with this much self love and it's a totally different ball game. I'm attracting quality people and for the first time ever, ending connections that aren't meeting my standards. 2. I held back when a co-worker made an already stressful layoff conversation, 10x worse by sharing lies. I wish I would have stood firm and asked them to stop. 3. This week I'm committed to being on my phone less and spending more intentional quality time with my daughter.

I am grateful for staying true to my commitment to myself. I'm grateful as I continue to practice being gentle to myself. I am grateful for Colorados wild weather which was a beautiful snow storm on Friday followed by 70 degree days.
