Today I joined the call for the 6 week Summer Reset with Melissa. When we talked about the course and what it brought up for me, a lot stemmed around confidence. I validate my feelings and thoughts a lot, which then brings a lot of should, shame, guilt which then brings stress. It affects my decision making and boundary setting. Melissa helped me realize what confidence truly is... I'm going to start 1 small goal and build on it to help create trust within myself. Does anyone else find how much your confidence can affect so many other things in your life?
