Upgraded to a yearly plan a week ago, and the instant I did it, all my credits vanished. Zero. Nada. No way to generate an image, no explanation, no warning. I’ve tried support, but apparently everyone there has collectively gone on a silent retreat because it’s been radio silence ever since. So… I paid more, got less, and now I’m stuck staring at an app that does nothing. Can someone at Lupa AI please wake up, check the logs, and tell me what the hell is going on?

I have a question regarding my subscription. I initially purchased a Basic Pro membership on November 9th, and later upgraded to the Premium Annual membership on December 1st, which cost me €324. The website mentions that I receive 6,000 tokens per month, but I'm unclear about when my token cycle actually begins. Is my token cycle calculated from the date of my initial Pro purchase (November 9th) or from when I upgraded to Premium Annual (December 1st)? Additionally, there is another issue I need your assistance with: ten days ago, the high-definition image generation feature on your website had a bug. I attempted to generate six or seven images, but all attempts failed, yet the tokens used for these failed generations do not appear to have been refunded to my account. Could you please carefully verify this matter for me? My account is registered with the email address: jimly1380@gmail.com. I would greatly appreciate clarification on these two matters, as they affect my understanding of when I should expect token renewals and how to best utilize my membership benefits. Hi, Thanks for reaching out. Your token cycle now follows your annual Premium plan, so it started on December 1st. From that date onward, your tokens renew monthly according to the annual plan conditions. Regarding the issue with the failed HD generations, we’ve checked it and confirmed the errors. We’ve already refunded the tokens for 7 failed upscales, which equals 315 tokens, back to your account. Everything should now be working normally.
