NEED HELP
I have a question regarding my subscription. I initially purchased a Basic Pro membership on November 9th, and later upgraded to the Premium Annual membership on December 1st, which cost me €324.
The website mentions that I receive 6,000 tokens per month, but I'm unclear about when my token cycle actually begins. Is my token cycle calculated from the date of my initial Pro purchase (November 9th) or from when I upgraded to Premium Annual (December 1st)?
Additionally, there is another issue I need your assistance with: ten days ago, the high-definition image generation feature on your website had a bug. I attempted to generate six or seven images, but all attempts failed, yet the tokens used for these failed generations do not appear to have been refunded to my account. Could you please carefully verify this matter for me? My account is registered with the email address: jimly1380@gmail.com.
I would greatly appreciate clarification on these two matters, as they affect my understanding of when I should expect token renewals and how to best utilize my membership benefits.
