is anyone alive here ?
Upgraded to a yearly plan a week ago, and the instant I did it, all my credits vanished. Zero. Nada. No way to generate an image, no explanation, no warning.
I’ve tried support, but apparently everyone there has collectively gone on a silent retreat because it’s been radio silence ever since.
So… I paid more, got less, and now I’m stuck staring at an app that does nothing.
Can someone at Lupa AI please wake up, check the logs, and tell me what the hell is going on?
