Is my token cycle calculated from the date of my initial Pro purchase (November 9th) or from when I upgraded to Premium Annual (December 1st)? Additionally, there is another issue I need your assistance with: ten days ago, the high-definition image generation feature on your website had a bug. I attempted to generate six or seven images, but all attempts failed, yet the tokens used for these failed generations do not appear to have been refunded to my account.
