I've been testing the Realistic mode, and I really like the overall output. However, I’ve noticed that sometimes it slightly alters the person's face in the image. Is there any way to prevent this or adjust settings to keep the original facial features more intact?

I subscribed twice, and the app never allowed me to upscale. Each time, it prompts me to resubscribe, and the settings and cancellation menu doesn't appear. I had to cancel my card to avoid being charged for a feature that doesn't work. I sent an email and got no response.
