My only limitation is me
I'm diving into the Fleet Strategy Framework and Evolution Engine courses, and realizing that the only limitation I have to success is myself. So, breathe and dive in to understand, then take off with the custom GPT, then delegate. Anyone else feeling this way?

I have a team to delegate to - Tech, Marketing and Automations.
A Little MISCHIEF
Howdy - I'm new here, and happy to be. By way of an Intro.... What I have - I am very good at helping others create clarity with a little mischief thrown in. MISCHIEF is an acronym for me: Mindset Impact Strategic Catalyst Helping Innovative Entrepreneurs FOCUS. The focus can't happen until they uncover how they get in their own way, and break through that crap using honesty and transparency with themselves. I'm the mirror that speaks your words back to you. I'm not a coach. I act as a chameleon for entrepreneurs. What I want - What a loaded question.... 2023, 2024 and 2025 have all been transition years with adventures I never even thought I would take. So, the big goal I'm chasing is to uncover myself, embrace my MISCHIEF, and imagine how I can contribute to positive change in others, then do that. My word for 2026 is IMAGINE. What I need - Time freedom and expansion of my courage. Luckily, I have a full time job that is very entrepreneurial. 9 months ago, I became the CXO for a funded company as a W-2 employee for the first time in 20 years. This actually provides some of the time freedom I desire, since as an entrepreneur working my own business, I tend to do the obsessive, workaholic thing, and this position has afforded me a bit more structure to let go of some of that. Lesson Learned. My courage will expand as I create MISCHIEF content this year using my weekly container. Can't wait to contribute to this group and fulfill my daily goal every day I'm lucky enough to wake up: I want to have inspiring conversations with interesting people doing extraordinary things. I think I'm in the right place to accomplish that daily goal. Chat soon! MKJ

@Chrissy Bernal good question. I expand my courage when I receive honest feedback and support of my efforts, not fluff words like "looks good." I'll start giving exactly that to others in this group, and start discussions that allow others to provide that for me. 😁

@Christina Hooper What a wonderful question! I am not triggered by, or resistant to feedback for 2 reasons. 1. I don't take it as an attack on me, personally. The only people who can hurt me are those whose opinions I deeply trust and love, that is a very small group of people. Everyone else doesn't really know me, so their opinion or feedback can't be personal by definition. 2. My north star is growth - both personal and professional. I'm not a maintenance person. I need to expand my knowledge, experience and relationships, so everyone I meet has something that can help me grow, and I them. If I come from that place of understanding and education - basic humanity, actually - how can feedback be bad?

I'm so excited that my team and I are moving through the framework for new business validation quickly and efficiently. I am also moving through my own category design for my entrepreneurial journey - 60% of the way there. Next week is travel to our headquarters and filming of training and social content. GSD! (Get Stuff Done - PG version anyway).😁
Joined at the very start but couldnt introduce myself
Hey everyone, first of all- big thanks to Kasim and everyone else who contributed for this amazing community! I actually joined here much earlier but was quite occupied from opening my skool notifications. Im excited to see how much has been going on here and looking forward to catching up with you all!!! What I HAVE (what makes me awesome): I never give up. Period. What I WANT (what are my goals): To be able to successfully develop and take any idea that I see can truly benefit society- and turn it, build it nto a business where I profit and society benefits. With as much automation as possible. What I NEED (what's keeping me from my goals): Networking with highly successful and ambitious entrepreneurs and working like they work, thinking like they think.

A Few Business Terms You Should Know
Let's be honest: there's weird gatekeeping that happens in business spaces where people assume you "should already know" what ROI, MRR, CAC, and LTV mean. Like there's some secret business school everyone attended where they taught you all the acronyms and what they actually mean for your business. Spoiler alert: most successful entrepreneurs didn't go to business school. They learned this vocabulary the hard way — by feeling stupid in meetings, by Googling frantically, by asking trusted friends what things meant, by piecing it together over years. Here's permission you need to hear: You don't need an MBA to build a successful business. You don't need to feel ashamed that you're still learning fundamental business vocabulary. So let's break down some essential terms in plain English and you have any other terms you think people should know, drop a comment and share! 🩵 ROI (Return on Investment) How much money you get back compared to how much you put in. Like spending $20 on groceries to make meals that would cost $60 at restaurants. MRR (Monthly Recurring Revenue) Predictable income you receive every month from subscriptions, memberships, or retainers. Like a gym's membership fees. CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost) How much you spend (money and time) to acquire each new client. Some clients find you organically (low CAC), others require significant marketing investment (higher CAC). LTV (Lifetime Value) Total amount a client will spend with you over their entire time working with you. Your favorite coffee shop doesn't see you as a "$5 customer" — you're a "$3,600 customer" over 5 years. Revenue vs. Profit Revenue is all money coming in. Profit is what's left after expenses. These are NOT the same thing. You can have a "$100K business" and be broke if expenses are too high. Vanity Metrics vs. Actionable Metrics Vanity metrics look good but don't help you make decisions (total followers, page views). Actionable metrics directly impact decisions (conversion rate, client retention).

You got that right.... feeling stupid and googling frantically. I no longer worry about looking stupid, because I don't feel stupid when I don't know something. There are always people who know more than I do, and people who know less. There is no judgement of any of us. I'm so happy Kasim created this community where we can help each other without judgement. Awesome job defining terms, @Christina Hooper !
