Hey 3XF Fam! We just launched what I think will be one of the top AI courses on Udemy. I have a link that’ll get you the course for FREE but in exchange I’m asking for an honest review. We need to boost our stat rating! Here’s the course: https://www.udemy.com/course/ai-ready-professional-certification/ Comment below if you’re interested and I’ll have the link DM’d to you. We’ve capped the free courses at 100 and Nuno and Ivan are also offering them to their communities so when they’re gone they’re gone. Thank you 🙏 Kasim

Installing operating system feedback
Hello everyone, I just want to give my feedback about the framework of im"installing operating system". I just started my fifth day with the framework. Honestly, this framework is really awesome. I propose to everyone implements it asap. It is really a life changing. For me, i implemented only two default containers. One in the morning of 15 minutes and another one in the evening same duration. I progammed 3 replacement containers by day. I started only by this. I keep it minimum even if Kassim recommend 3 replacement of each container. I discovered during the implementation that I have issue of procrastinating in the morning container. When I wake up, I haven't any energy or motivation to start working. I am still working on it. I sleep late. But I found that I am more productive in the morning. One of the big wins for me is I started to use the habit container already setup and I added containers that I have used without interuption for practicing 5 minutes of sports, stretching or ranging and organizing my desk environment. Something I have difficulties with. I am still improving. But, I think a consciousness mind shift is already there. I am aware of the problem and I am working on it.

Hey everyone 👋
I’m Mubashir, CEO of a marketing agency. I joined this company on day one as a graphic designer, grew into Creative Head, and when internal leadership issues surfaced and the CEO stepped away, the owner trusted me to step up and lead. Right now, I’m captaining a ship that’s been tested—but not broken. My focus is clear: build proper structure, define ownership, align the team, and turn chaos into systems. No drama. Just execution. From this community, I’m here to learn: - How experienced founders handle internal chaos without losing the team - How to build strong operators, not just creatives - How to scale with systems, clarity, and long-term thinking - How to make hard decisions as a CEO and stand by them I believe agencies don’t fail from lack of talent—they fail from weak leadership and unclear systems. I’m here to fix that and build something that lasts. Looking forward to learning, sharing, and building with you all

Assalamu Alaykum- Welcome brother
Howdy!
Hey everyone, I’m Josh. Glad to be here with you. Quick context on who I am and how I think. My superpower is turning messy growth, scattered tools, and manual effort into systems that create leverage. I come from a deep direct-response advertising and marketing background. I’ve spent years building and optimizing ads, funnels, and conversion systems, so I naturally see businesses through the lens of attention, intent, and revenue flow. That foundation is what makes my AI and automation work practical, not theoretical. What I’m especially good at: • Spotting where money, time, and leads are leaking • Translating marketing intent into systems that actually convert • Designing AI and automation that replaces admin, follow-up, and human bottlenecks • Connecting ads, intake, sales, and operations into one clean flow • Building leverage fast, especially for service businesses and operators I don’t believe freedom comes from working harder or stacking more tools. It comes from installing the right infrastructure so results compound quietly in the background. I’m here to share what’s working, pressure-test ideas, and help sharpen thinking around leverage, systems, and intelligent growth. Curious, what are you currently trying to scale, time, revenue, or headspace?

The 5 Levels of Entrepreneurship Framework ✅
Done with the 5 Levels of Entrepreneurship Framework! So many things I learned from this, it's hard to choose one. From getting clarity on what I really want (not just what I thought I wanted), knowing what steps to take to reach each level, down to exactly how I'll execute them. But I think the most important thing that I learned and really liked about this is that Kasim revealed the entire entrepreneur's journey in detail. It's a freaking cheat code. It reminds me of "Black Sheep Wall", my favorite StarCraft cheat code. (StarCraft was a super famous real-time strategy game back in the 90s. You build stuff, make armies, and battle it out—sometimes as humans, sometimes as aliens, sometimes as space bugs with anger issues.) The game had plenty of cheat codes—instant resources, invincibility, lightning-fast building. But Black Sheep Wall was different. It reveals the entire map. It allows you to see where your enemies are hiding, plan when to attack or defend, and find resources to build your base easily. No more stumbling around in the dark. The 5 Levels of Framework of Entrepreneurship is kind of the same. It helps me take a peek at the possible challenges I might face, so I can be better equipped to handle them if and when they come. And it shows me what the terrain looks like, so I don't spend my time wandering aimlessly, taking actions that lead nowhere. But just like Black Sheep Wall, knowing the map doesn't guarantee success. I still need to walk the path. Still need to build. Still need to fight the battles. But knowing what lies ahead is already enough to make sure I have a plan and am prepared… so I know what's coming and what it takes to win. In the words of Miguel de Cervantes, "To be prepared is half the victory."
