Phone Numbers Dying
Anyone else have an issue where phone numbers purchased through Assistable just stop working? I've had multiple occasions where we've built bots and after a week or two of not using the bot the number stops working like it's out of service. We continue to get billed for these numbers but the numbers just stop working. I did more digging and found 50 numbers with another client that was billed for 2 months and we had to buy all new numbers because every number said it was out of service. There is no logging to find out how or why these numbers are getting disconnected. Most recently, we had a bot that we were just testing on Friday (10/10) stop working this morning with a number that says it's no longer in service when called.

We're at 55 dead numbers and you want us to just buy 55 more numbers and eat the costs? We just had to cycle these 50 numbers a month ago when the same thing happened.

Not to mention the headache of updating number pools and automations across several bots.

I usually create google docs, make the permissions "anyone with link can view" and train the KB with it so I can quickly update when needed. Was building a bot this morning and this is the toggled data. Does training bots with Google Docs no longer work?

Automatic Extractions With Custom Field Mapping
You should really be excited for this one. Throw away your post-call webhooks and crazy custom tools for information extraction, just use the post-call extractions instead. Here is a video of how they work in both automatically mapping custom fields and in the post-call webhook for you to use.

I was just playing with this last night, first I created a custom extraction tool, then used post call web hook. I learned it automatically mapped but if you set them up to test first as you can see in your test webhook, it doesn’t come in under extractions when you send sample data. Only first/last name until you make a real test call then you can grab the variables to do more with the post call webhook.
Turn Bot Off On Full Calendar
Is there a way to turn the bot off automatically once all appointments have been taken on a calendar? The use case is, I have an agent who is using a human to set appointments currently. They only book up to one day in advance. Once all the slots are taken, they stop dialing for the day and pick up where they left off the next morning. We can setup the HighLevel calendar to only allow booking up to 1 day in advance but how can we get the bot to stop dialing once all the slots are full and pick it back up the next day?
HighLevel Plan Requirement?
Is the $497 agency plan required to connect Assistable to HighLevel? I just had a client signup, she's logged in as agency owner and we keep getting an error message that she doesn't have permission when trying to connect the HighLevel account. We can't exit the onboarding steps without connecting HighLevel, when we try to go straight to the Assistable dashboard, it detects HighLevel isn't connected and loops back to the onboarding screen so creating this post since she can't access the dashboard to reach support.
