HighLevel Plan Requirement?

Is the $497 agency plan required to connect Assistable to HighLevel?

I just had a client signup, she's logged in as agency owner and we keep getting an error message that she doesn't have permission when trying to connect the HighLevel account.

We can't exit the onboarding steps without connecting HighLevel, when we try to go straight to the Assistable dashboard, it detects HighLevel isn't connected and loops back to the onboarding screen so creating this post since she can't access the dashboard to reach support.
