The end of Spam
Hey folks, Got some notes that people were getting spammed here so we changed a few of the rules in Skool. Essentiallly, no one will be able to DM you if they haven't posted here and got to level 3. If you ever get ANY spam, please tag @Jhulius Domingo and we'll put the perpetrator in Skool jail

Diagnosing a funnel
Hey all, Wondering what is your process when it comes to tweaking and testing an offer/funnel? So I've dry tested an offer which did well, and now have launched my funnel and products and everything (shout out to Zac for his Evergreen Ads program cause I got 5 sales and 1 booked call. Two of the sales were full-stack purchases). However, I've spend more in the week for those sales and not breaking even. So far, ads are going well and I'm getting people on my TSL page. Originally, I didn't have many going to the checkout page. So I checked my Microsoft Clarity, saw where people were clicking/dropping off. So I added another CTA button. This was updated last Thursday and got two sales. Cheers!

Test 1 thing at a time. Get 100 visitors before deciding to keep/remove. I always start with the headline and make my way down.
When doing a live workshop, how early do you start promoting?
I have a couple workshops I'm planning on testing out (a-la weekend workshops/overnight offers). I already recorded the ads today, BUT I'm leaving out of town for 3 weeks and won't be able to run the workshop until I'm back due to poor internet connectivity. I know for webinars, the best time to promote is as close to the webinar as possible with 1-2 weeks out max. Does the same apply to these workshops? I feel like trying to validate the offer with the workshop ~3 weeks away is a good way to burn adspend, but happy to be proven wrong. : )

I start promoting once I know the outcome I want for my customers and only start creating the slides when I've had my first sale

Woohoo! 🙌 New ads are off to a strong start 💪 Right now, for every $1 I spend I’m making $4 back. Cold traffic only. It’s still early and results may dip as I scale, but being profitable from the get go is a great feeling. Listen to @Zac Hansen

@Zac Hansen kinda, made changes to the headlines in the actual video ads rather than the sales page. That seemed to push conversions.
