@Marie Huet I know, but this is for the day Teemu is on one particular stage. I am fine to pay for the access to all stages/days as I own most of the previous summits. Just asking if I can get it cheaper as an Academy member.

Hi there, just checking - isn't there a time to make summit available for the ones that paid???
iOS/web app that aggregates and interprets data from smart devices?
Hey there, just wanted to ask if you use any app (iOS/web based) that would aggregate and interpret data from different smart devices. I do wear Oura ring, Ultrahuman ring, with Aivela ring on the way, Garmin Fenix 7X Pro and use other smart devices from Withings (personal scale, blood pressure meter, oxygen saturation meter, etc.) or iHealth respectively. What I found and use for more than a year is Livity (https://apps.apple.com/cz/app/livity-sleep-health-tracker/id6498938838) and I have also tried Bevel (https://apps.apple.com/cz/app/bevel-ai-health-companion/id6456176249). Went away from Bevel as it relies on Apple's Health app only so if there is no connection from device to Health or there is more than one source of data that sends it to Health, results and recommendations are somehow skewed... What do you guys use? Thanks for the hints!

@Olli Sovijärvi Perfect! I still do rely on Oura's data, rather than on Ultrahuman - got it for free for testing and after all - I have 10 fingers ;-) Not to forget - Oura/Ultrahuman/Garmin Fenix, all in "plane mode", switching them on in the morning, syncing and then back to the non-EMF mode...
Biohackers Summit in Czechia
Hey @Teemu Arina I saw your teaser for upcoming summit in Prague. I have already bought the ticket few days ago. Hope to meet you in person! Anyone else coming, guys?

Forgot to mention - as I do count it for "upgraded beverage" - for the water itself (1,5-2 litres daily) - I have invested into 7-stage reverse osmosis system (7th stage is re-mineralization cartridge that should add back right amounts of Ca/Mg/P), I add a dash of Rocky Mountains minerals into a carafe and 500 ml each day (another 500 ml drinks my wife) is ozonated water. I do use medicinal ozone a lot - drinking ozonated water, doing rectal insufflations (3-times a week) and ear insufflations 1-2-times a week. More over, 300-600 ml of hydrogen water (via 350 ml bottle that is also capable of hydrogen breathing).

One more comment with regards the rest of my drinking regime (I do feel that this part of of healthy regime is one of my strongest...) - I do drink a cup of Ashitaba (Angelica kelskei) tea and 1 ltr of following teas (rotate them each day) - jiaogulan (no particular time in a day), Ivan tea (i.e. jiaogulan) and Californian damiana (evenings). I would especially point out Ivan tea as it is not known outside Slavic nations - it is Epilobium angustifolium (in EN fireweed) herb, leaves are fermented similarly to the black tea, it's history goes back to 8th century (in the Slavic anals) and it's content is fenomenal - it contains over 70 trace minerals, huge amount of iron, kalium, sodium and copper, it contains 18 amino acids and more vit. C (per weight) that lemon....

Go to the classroom here: https://www.skool.com/hololife-academy/classroom/5817d6fb?md=deb55c827a554f03b0a0809c88a24872 🔑 The Core 9 Hallmarks (López-Otín, 2013) 1. Genomic instability – DNA damage from ROS, replication errors, toxins. 2. Telomere attrition – Chromosome shortening leading to senescence. 3. Epigenetic alterations – Disrupted DNA methylation, histone modification, chromatin remodeling. 4. Loss of proteostasis – Protein misfolding/aggregation (e.g., Alzheimer’s). 5. Deregulated nutrient sensing – Overactive mTOR/insulin vs. protective AMPK, sirtuins. 6. Mitochondrial dysfunction – Declining ATP, mtDNA mutations, oxidative stress. 7. Cellular senescence – Accumulation of pro-inflammatory “zombie cells.” 8. Stem cell exhaustion – Reduced regenerative capacity. 9. Altered intercellular communication – Inflammaging and impaired immunosurveillance. 🚀 Expanded Hallmarks (2021–2023) - Dysbiosis – Gut microbiome imbalance driving systemic inflammation. - Chronic inflammation – Persistent cytokine activity (IL-6, CRP). - Disabled autophagy – Failure to clear damaged proteins/organelles. - ECM stiffening – AGE cross-links reduce tissue elasticity. - Altered mechanical properties – Mechanobiological decline in tissue resilience. - Cellular enlargement – Senescent hypertrophic cells with impaired function. - Splicing dysregulation – RNA processing errors linked to cancer and metabolic disease.
