I'm finding that most firms that are serious about email marketing are going to tools outside the industry, but that can cause integration issues with their CRM. (see satisfaction scores on screenshot below) Anyone solved this and have a way to keep email lists for prospects, cold prospects, clients, Tier 1 clients, etc and when you change their status in your CRM, it updates which email list they're on?

We currently use Mail Chimp, but they recently updated something and we are having lots of issues with our images appearing correctly within gmail, outlook, etc. It may look fine in gmail, but not in outlook. They told us we need to readjust the image sizes, but when we do this we still have issues. I am considering moving to Constant Contact and wondering any users out there have issues such as this. What other email services are you using? A perfect solution for us would be a service that provides both content as well as the ability to highly customize the emails. We change our email header images and article images virtually every month to keep it fresh.

We use Redtail for our CRM but haven't had a great experience with Redtail's calendar. It's onerous to update, slow to load, and doesn't integrate well with Google calendar or Calendly. When we receive invites (outside of the meetings scheduled using our Calendly account) we have to manually add them to Redtail. I'm curious if other Redtail users are experiencing the same issues. If your firm uses an alternative calendar, please share.
