How Do You Meet People?
I've been wanting to meet new people for a while, but I've been struggling to figure out good activities that get me interacting with new people. Whether it be hobbies, places to hang out, etc. I would love to hear how all of you get out and meet people.

If you're over 21(im not but still) a bar, but any other place people typically go by themselves would be great. A park maybe, coffee shop, etc.

with an emphasis on fitness though, js cuz the last social confidence one had no part of it, but it did touch on relationships and social skills

So why not try to live your self in the present moment? focusing on you and your surroundings. It's beautiful. I repeat this quote when i fell sad or depressed they help me to move on hope it will help you too 😊

Help on doomscrolling and fitness
Hello everyone . I have my exams from 17 feb and i need to study daily a lot but i just scroll on my phone and laptop almost all day . where i should study 6 -8 hrs i do very less . Would rly love some suggestion on this matter . for context i am 16 . Give some practical solutions or anything u could help with . would rly appreciate it . Abt fitness is i am more towards skinny and want to improve on my physique . I dont go to gym but have dumbell in my house and One type of machine ( not technically ) which is made of 3-4 rods so i can do pull up and some other stuff on it . My main aim is to not be skinny and just gain strength . It is not to be all jacked or to get muscular but just to get strong so atleast i can fight or protect myself . I can do 30 pushups in a line (idk if it is in the right manner or not ) . Would love some ideas or things which i can start with as i just do push up at night for 5 mins and that it all what i do in a day ..

Lowk I am not fit to speak on doomscrolling I still kind of struggle with that. Fitness on the other hand, I can speak on. This might sound crazy or really smart depending on who you are, but go to Grok (elon musk's ai) and ask it to ask you 20 questions about your physical life (fitness, food, cardio) and fitness goals. Tell it the answers to every single one as well as what time you're able to allocate to fitness if it didn't already ask you that, also if you have deadlines for fitness, tell it that to. Depending on what machine that is (I'm going to assume it's a barbell rack) tell it "dumbells and a barbell rack" are your available equipment. Tell it PPL or Push-Pull-Legs (optional cardio day added to that, if you do, tell it to HIIT workouts [high intensity interval training]) Turn on the expert mode right before submitting the answers to it's questions, and have it pump out a routine for you. Should take roughly a minute for the response, but trust me, personally speaking, I went up 40lb and nearly doubled my lifts just off of 3 days a week 1.5hr workouts in 5-6 months. Might sound crazy might not, but IT WORKS!

Hey everyone, I'm Cameron, 19 years old, and I'm from Ohio. I'm currently studying Mechanical Engineering at the University of Cincinnati. I was recently broken up with by my ex-girlfriend of 3 years and the past 2 months have been very hard. I have lost the version of myself I once was and I want to find my drive and passion again. Looking to improve both my physical and mental health here and keep accountability!
