Looking for advice
Wsp guys I'm trying to work as graphics designer freelancer so i was wondering if anyone here have an advice for me to start?
Please help if you can :)
Hey guys quick favour, I’ve put together a short 10-question survey to help me improve the fitness side of the community. It’ll only take a couple 2 mins, and your answers will be a huge help! Would really appreciate you filling it out 🙏 https://qualtricsxm6g5dskkhs.qualtrics.com/jfe/form/SV_cMY5AJFI8645kc6
I just had the weirdest night.
I'm not really the type of person who dreams much, maybe I'll have one that I'll forget within the hour. but last night I think I had sleep paralysis, I was looking across my room and I heard a deepish voice that sounded like it was in another room, it was dark, but i saw shadows flickering around. I couldn't move either. It wasnt terrifying, just little unsettling, and it didn't feel like i was completely awake, It only lasted less than a minute though. I remember it clearly! I also had a couple dreams directly after it as well as a really short nightmare, which again, I don't have dreams often! I did have a nap in the afternoon yesterday, so by the time I was tired enough to sleep it was 1:00 AM (I was doing some drawing before bed) so maybe that has something to do with it! If anyone has sleep paralysis often, let me know what to think about it i guess? It was weird for sure...
Feeling behind
Hey guys, I hope you are all well. A couple of hours ago I watched Tom's latest video and wrote a comment, which I would like to also leave here, as it is more likely that it reach and potentioally help someone. First off I want to say great video man. I am currently 19 and I can strongly relate to most things if not all. I have got so many things to be grateful for - I have a job, I make good money, I go to university, I have good friends, I have a loving family, yet I still feel behind, I still feel like I'm not doing good enough, I still forget to appreciate what I already have. And I too have been trying to learn how to take a step back, to not worry. Literally my older sister who is 24 feels behind in life, just because she chose to study first before getting a job and doesn't yet make money. My point is - even when you reach that thing you strive for, you will still start longing for something else you don't yet have. Some people say I'm doing extremely well for my age and it probably is somewhat true, but I can't fully see it. My biggest struggle is probably #14(Be with people who choose you(love interest)) at the moment it has been for a while, but I have learned a lot trough trial and error. I wil be honest, the other day I had a mental breakdown, because of this, and early in the morning I got news that a relative of mine has passed away, which just all hit like a train. Still I'm trying my best, and everyone should, despite wherever they are at. Yes you will fail daily, yes you will have tough moments, but it is part of the journey. Take care y'all and apologies if I sounded harsh, arrogant or something like it
