Waking Up To Who You Are!
Who Are You? This is a deep question, one in which many people find it very hard to answer, or many fall into the trap and say ‘I’m Mark’ or I’m a Father, a mother, a husband or wife of, or “I’m Mark, I’m a Manager, etc But who are you? Some people say, Hi, I’m Mark, I’m a lightworker living in this physical form here on Earth, and I’m sharing the knowledge, love and compassion from the heart of God here on Earth…… So, what is your life’s purpose, who are you, and do you really want to know? I would really like to see your personal statements of who you are 😊 Food for thought, my friends, food for thought Namaste with Love ❤️ Always Mark

Waking Up To Who You Are!
Nature is powerful and so are you, me, we
I was meditating this morning very early, on my own, on the beach. I meditated on the waves, how we are a wave, and we are the ocean. We are part of a smaller experience, and a larger experience. We can be powerful, and when a force for good we can change the world, collectively and individually, and when a powerful force of destruction that too can have big and shocking results. We often forget our power, and get so wrapped up in our little self ego experience we forget the bigger picture. But when we remember our power, and create an impact on the world through love and good - big things can happy. Dont get swept away in the powerful sea of life, ride those waves and know you are a vast ocean, lets come together each wave of ours to make the world a better place collectively. I know you will agree @Mark Lawrence as you wrote something simlar in your post about the younger generation, in your community. How can you use your wave to create loving ripple effects out into the world? I use my wave to help people overcome trauma & abuse, find their inner power, their connection back to a higher state of being and through showing up everyday in the best embodiment of love in action as i have capacity for at that time. Tx

Self Care Sunday
Happy Self Care Sunday. The sun is out in London which is always exciting as i know i spend too much time inside with the work that I do so today ill be going for walks and reading in the garden. But first yoga, workout and meditation. Im all packed and ready to fly to Tunisa tomorrow for my birthday, im excited to get my feet in sand, swim and relax. Deep breaths, dropping into my body and listening to the ocean, to nature, feeling the warm sun on my skin will give me a sense of wellbeing i havent had for a while so im excited for that. What does your Self Care Sunday and plans ahead look like? Are you building in ways to fill your cup or just building a to do list to bosh through with no you time (if so please relook at that). Tx

Do you know your Internal Family System 🧠❤️
IFS / Parts... Inside each of us lives a family of parts — each trying, in its own way, to protect us and help us survive. When we begin to get to know them, and listen to them with connection, compassion, and an understanding of their role, why they are there and what they need to be unburdened of that role, healing happens from within us. Here is an overview of IFS - if you're interested in learning more ill add a session to the calendar or classroom. Parts work is a big part of my coaching process and im a big Frank Anderson fan. The book No Bad Parts is excellent for learning more too. 💔 The Exile This is the younger, wounded part of us — the inner child who carries the pain and limiting beliefs such as: - I’m not good enough. - I’m unlovable - I’m not worthy - Im not important. These parts hold emotions like shame, sadness, loneliness, and grief. 🛡️ The Managers These are the proactive protectors — the parts that try to keep everything under control so we don’t feel the pain underneath. They try and run the show on a daily basis. They might look like: - the inner critic - perfectionist - planner - people-pleaser - high achiever, caretaker - or even anxiety and procrastination. 🔥 The Firefighters These parts come rushing in when pain gets triggered — when the wound feels too raw. They try to distract or soothe with short-term relief - overworking - numbing out - anger - addictions - bingeing - withdrawal - self harm 🌿 The Core Authentic Self At the core of us all is the Self — the calm, compassionate center that isn’t broken and doesn’t need fixing. The Self is curious, courageous, creative, confident, connected, clear, calm, and compassionate. When we pause and lead from our Self, we can understand, integrate, and heal every part of us. You are not your parts — you are the Self who can love them all back into harmony. Tx💫

Losing people along the way
Healing can feel lonely… but that doesn’t mean you have to do it alone. There comes a point in growth where your life starts to shift in ways other people don’t always understand. You stop numbing out with addictions and unhealthy habits. You start setting boundaries around money and self worth. You walk away from jobs that drain you, bully you, or exploit your energy. You choose not to drink or take drugs anymore. You lose interest in gossip and surface-level conversations… and start craving purpose, depth, and aligned goals. And in that space? It can feel silent. it can feel isolating. it can feel like you’re outgrowing entire environments… and wondering where you now belong. Because becoming the best version of yourself often means leaving people, places, and patterns behind. That’s the part no one talks about enough. Healing is a sovereign path. It asks you to choose yourself—even when it’s uncomfortable. Even when it means standing alone for a while. But you were never meant to do it in isolation. That’s why Sovereign Souls exists 🤍 A space where you are seen, understood, and supported. A space where growth is normal.Where depth is welcomed. Where your evolution isn’t questioned—it’s celebrated. You might be walking a different path…But you don’t have to walk it without connection. Your soul tribe is out there. And sometimes… it starts right here. Tx
