@Elizabeth Mitchell facts
I was wrong about this… 😭😭
I used to say, “Chris and I left ministry…” but the truth is—we didn’t. It just looks different now. Chris was in seminary to be a pastor. Third-generation preacher’s kid. His dad pastors a historic apostolic church on the west side of Chicago. Me? I didn’t have that same call to the pulpit, but I was down to serve right alongside him. At 22 and 24, we were young and married—learning, growing, doing street ministry, feeding folks, running youth programs. We loved the people and the purpose. That heart to serve never left. It just evolved. When we started Speak Your Way To Cash®, we thought we were stepping away from ministry. Turns out, God was just giving us a new platform. Now, every event we host cording to @yolanda_k_churchwell feels like “business church.” People tell us they feel different after attending—and that’s because love, faith, and service are built into the DNA of everything we do. Our whole family’s involved—Chris, my mom, my brothers, my baby girl, my nieces and nephews. It’s a full-blown family mission. Ministry didn’t end. It expanded. So if you’ve ever felt called to serve but thought, “I’m not supposed to be in a pulpit,” hear me—ministry isn’t confined to a stage. It’s anywhere you love, lead, and lift people higher in the name of Jesus. It’s wear you surrender your plans to the guidance of the Holy Spirit. And hear me on this; whatever you put your hands to do you’re supposed to work as unto God. That means learning and executing in excellence. That includes investing to be the best at your craft and putting in as much time as it takes to be great. If your business is a gift from God treat it with the respect such a gift deserves. God can use your voice—right where you are. Maybe more of us are in ministry than we think. 😉

@Camille Buehler Hello
Today was a day 🙌🏾🙌🏾
Whew… 15-hour day. Zero complaints. 100% grateful. Started at 7 AM with makeup and then a content training for my mastermind, scripted YouTube videos in the car, then dove straight into my own content day—20 reels, 2 long-form videos, and then interviewed four talented creatives for our open full-time videographer position. Then team strategy session about the next two weeks: Iowa, Florida, back to Georgia. I’m speaking at WebinarCon (which I’m SO hyped about), then to Prime Mover HQ for training with @russellbrunson and @mccalljones themselves. Here’s what I’m feeling right now: momentum. Our company is growing. Our culture is evolving. We’re adding incredible people who actually get it. We’ve added two new full-time W-2 team members are traveling with us over the next two weeks, and more full-time offers are going out before the year ends… There’s something special about building a team you can trust—people who show up, execute, and care as much as you do. Days like this remind me why I never gave up when it was just me, a camera, and a dream. The trials hits different when you’re building something that matters. If you want to see behind the scenes of how we’ve built and scaled the operations of this business, join me at Speak Your Way To Cash Live Rewind next month. I’m pulling back the curtain on everything. Comment REWIND TO GET A GENERAL TICKET FOR just $97…👏👏👏 https://www.speakyourwaytocashlive.com

That it needs to be perfect before I execute

Me: Welp, I’m down again. Scale says 209 from 240 and I’m so, so, so happy! This has been one of the hardest and most rewarding journeys ever! I don’t always want to be disciplined in my eating, or go to the gym, or drink my spring water like I should… or remember to eat enough protein. But I’m also committed to being in the best shape of my life—and it’s working‼️‼️‼️ And it feels sustainable because food doesn’t rule my life. I’m not always snacking or looking for food. I’m more focused, and it’s really helped my body confidence. Not only is the weight dropping, but I see a little shape coming in too. I realize now it’s from the weight lifting while also doing more cardio! But the weight loss is from the changed eating. I had to come to the realization that everything isn’t for everybody, so since I’ve started, I haven’t had a cheat meal. I don’t need it. I’ve had cheat meals the last 30 years. I’m going to give myself a few years to just be committed to ME. No cheating. Now, that doesn’t mean I can’t have anything good, but it means a little bite or taste is enough. It’s not worth the slippery slope. Plus, food is supposed to fuel us, not make us slaves to it. And as good as sugar is, it’s so dangerous. Here are some things I’ve learned from Rochelle T. Parks! 🤯 Your body craves what you give it. You don’t just like what you like—it’ll like whatever you feed it. This is so true!!! 🤯 Your body can’t always tell the difference between being thirsty and being hungry, so drink spring water first. 🤯 You can change your gut in 5 days with raw veggies only. For me, this was the most powerful reset and got rid of the cravings. Now, I did 14 days. By day 13 it was hard, but I didn’t crave fried or sugary foods after that. Game changer. And it made eating healthy easier while reincorporating food back into my diet. With exercise and mindful choices, I didn’t gain the weight back. 🤯 Also, if you eat clean, you don’t need to track calories. This nugget was helpful because I don’t have time, y’all! So I focus on living right, not tracking. I’m in a calorie deficit because of what I eat anyways, but I’m also burning a lot of calories from walking and weight lifting.
