4-6 days a week. Never less than 4 though. I have tried 7 days for about 3 weeks in a row, but at 61, I have found that I gain better with having a full rest day

I came across some of your vids a few weeks ago. And while I was using a different "platform" for my beginning of dumbbell workouts, i kept going back to yours to tweak what I was doing on the other ones. So finally, I decided to start following mainly yours.
