What I learned from my elegance journey
Hi lovelies, I wanted to share something I learned from my own elegance journey that may help you on yours. Becoming elegant will make it clearer to you where you don't belong. You'll find yourself outgrowing certain rooms, environments, people, and roles. These things will quietly drain you through noise/chaos, lack of beauty, emotional roughness, etc.... until staying begins to feel unbearable. Sometimes the most elegant thing you can do is adapt externally while protecting your inner world: Be discerning instead of judging yourself. Say less. Keep your circle small. Hold your inner standard. Preserve whatever touch points with beauty you may have. Sometimes we may think that we are the ones who need to be "fixed" or "improved" when really it's about the structures or the environments that need to change. Just food for thought! xx

I really loved reading this, Jessica, because it reflects exactly how I’ve been feeling, especially over the past few months. As you become more aware of your goals and what you truly want, and start being more selective and intentional with your life, you naturally realize that you no longer fit in places or with people you once did. At times, it can even feel like you don’t belong anymore. In my case, this has been particularly noticeable in terms of mindset and presence. I haven’t yet had the opportunity to fully live independently, and that has made me even more aware of how important it is to move, evolve, and place yourself in environments and around people who are truly aligned with who you are becoming. Finding that kind of alignment is, without a doubt, one of the most fulfilling things one can experience. Thank you so much for sharing this 🤍

Holaa lovelies 🥰 I’m Nicoly, but you can call me Nina. I’m from Brazil, I’m 20 years old and currently living in Spain, nice to meet you all! 🫶🏽 I’m studying Law and I’m very interested in the intersection between law, business, and international opportunities. I’m in a phase of growth and long-term vision, focused on building a solid career and a life aligned with the woman I want to become. Besides my studies, I’m intentional about networking and learning from different environments, especially because I plan to work abroad and pursue a master’s degree in the future. My long-term goal is to build my own law firm and lead with confidence, elegance, and integrity. I love plans like going to cafés with friends, traveling and exploring new cultures, Pilates, discovering good restaurants,etc.. Lately, I’ve been focusing on: 1) Growing professionally while staying connected to my feminine energy 2) Refining my communication, presence, and self-leadership 3) Building meaningful connections in the legal and business world 4) Connecting with women who value growth, elegance, and purpose 5) Working on my image and learning to not be afraid of speaking or presenting myself in public I’m very grateful to be here and excited to meet you all 🤍✨ my insta: @ninadeleprane

Hi Lais, thank you for sharing, really valuable 🤍 What works for me is setting short-term goals. For example, working in 3-month cycles, defining clear objectives, and once those are completed, moving on to new ones. These can be things like learning a specific topic, getting a certification, developing new skills... You can adapt this approach to your own needs and it helps structure your goals and stay consistent with achievable objectives🩷🩷

@Lais Albano Love the idea, I’ll note it down. I want to take a bit of time to properly think through the key points that really help, so I can create something genuinely useful to share with everyone. I’ll work on it this weekend and share it once it’s ready, really excited about it ✨
Any tips for confidently closing an important sale?
Hello ladies and happy Monday 🤍 Tomorrow I’m closing an important deal ( one of the first at this level )and I’d love to tap into your experience. If you have any proven tips or frameworks around closing sales (B2B or general), especially on how to lead the conversation, communicate value clearly, and position the decision as a win for the client, I’d really appreciate it. Thank you in advance, and wishing you all a beautiful week ahead!!

@Leyla Karimova Yes!! Both, actually. In most cases, the connection starts from scratch. Often it’s an initial approach to open the conversation, and then after some follow-up, we schedule a meeting to close the sale🩷
