Hi ladies! I want to say hello to all of you beauties ❤️ This year I stepped into my dream and launched a company that provides housing for foster kids in my city. Its been so fulfilling! In my 9-5 I am a clinical research monitor and I support patients pre and post surgery. Is there anyone else here in the clinical trial industry? This upcoming year I want to explore a soft approach to life by picking up the violin again and learning French and becoming the woman I envision ⭐️

Holaa lovelies 🥰 I’m Nicoly, but you can call me Nina. I’m from Brazil, I’m 20 years old and currently living in Spain, nice to meet you all! 🫶🏽 I’m studying Law and I’m very interested in the intersection between law, business, and international opportunities. I’m in a phase of growth and long-term vision, focused on building a solid career and a life aligned with the woman I want to become. Besides my studies, I’m intentional about networking and learning from different environments, especially because I plan to work abroad and pursue a master’s degree in the future. My long-term goal is to build my own law firm and lead with confidence, elegance, and integrity. I love plans like going to cafés with friends, traveling and exploring new cultures, Pilates, discovering good restaurants,etc.. Lately, I’ve been focusing on: 1) Growing professionally while staying connected to my feminine energy 2) Refining my communication, presence, and self-leadership 3) Building meaningful connections in the legal and business world 4) Connecting with women who value growth, elegance, and purpose 5) Working on my image and learning to not be afraid of speaking or presenting myself in public I’m very grateful to be here and excited to meet you all 🤍✨ my insta: @ninadeleprane

recommendations?
my main goal for 2026 is to become more sociable and build a network basically, communicating more as an introvert has always made daily life activities challenging for me, so if there is any book or a youtube course or truly anything that you know of and think would help me, do drop it in the comments, aside from actually talking to people because I am working on that department

What worked for me is to establish a especific time of your day (or week) to respond to people online (because meeting people is just as important as keeping up with them!). You don't need to necessarily talk too much, or to everyone. Slowly you stop being so afraid of small talk (even though I struggle a bit with that myself still)
Preparing something BIG for January 2026
I'm so exciteddd 🌟 I just want you to know, since many of you here got to know me pretty much only last month - I am the type of person who doesn't talk for the sake of it, I don't show up unless I have something valuable to say. So, when I am silent online - it always means that life is so full and busy offline. And I'M SO HAPPY to say that January 2026 is about to be INCREDIBLE for The Feminine Way community. We've attracted SO MANY successful and gorgeous girls here, many are still silent, and haven't yet had time to post, but I'm genuinely excited about the quality of this group. All of you are super awesome, ladies! Talk soon, bisous, Leyla xx

What I learned from my elegance journey
Hi lovelies, I wanted to share something I learned from my own elegance journey that may help you on yours. Becoming elegant will make it clearer to you where you don't belong. You'll find yourself outgrowing certain rooms, environments, people, and roles. These things will quietly drain you through noise/chaos, lack of beauty, emotional roughness, etc.... until staying begins to feel unbearable. Sometimes the most elegant thing you can do is adapt externally while protecting your inner world: Be discerning instead of judging yourself. Say less. Keep your circle small. Hold your inner standard. Preserve whatever touch points with beauty you may have. Sometimes we may think that we are the ones who need to be "fixed" or "improved" when really it's about the structures or the environments that need to change. Just food for thought! xx

Yes totally!! For me one of the pillars of elegance is clarity (in purpose, decisions, plans, etc), especially when talking about your circle and environment. If you know where you want to be, you also know where you don't belong anymore.
