I genuinely want this to be the warmest place you could come back to everyday: - connect; - share dreams, goals, problems; - learn all things elegance & etiquette; - ask questions and help each other out; Example: "Hey girls I'm trying to get into Real Estate - could anybody, please, navigate me if you are an insider in this industry? I'd love to know where to start, and how to behave, how to position and present myself for success" Share freely your aspirations, use this online-space to get feedback on your brand, use this as an accountability reminder to be the best version, most elegant version of yourself in this lifetime. NOW - post a quick intro in the "Introductions" category, stand out, be creative.

Let's GROW Together & Keep Each Other Accountable!
Each month, I'll be choosing one member to hop on a VIP 1:1 Call. It'll be the most active member who will: - support everyone in the comments, - post her progress & aesthetic photos, sharing value and inspiration, - attend Group Calls in the Classroom section, - post at least once on IG or Tiktok about our Community - spreading the word (you can find an "Invite" button in the settings of the group - so we'd be able to track how many people came from you) Share your business ideas, let other people KNOW about you. I'll be going though the community daily and answer your questions! Let's make this place feel like home 🤍

Weight loss
I’ve got my wedding in June and I want to slim down by about 10-15lbs (4-6kg). I’m currently 138lbs (62kg) and I’m barely 5’2’’ (153cm) and I carry a lot of my weight in my stomach and on my face. While I know that number is not high for many people, my bodies natural set point was about 95-100lbs (43-45kg) as an adult and I’ve gained a significant amount of weight due to meditations to treat various health conditions. I am also looking at lower the dosage of the worst offending medication. I am still trying to get into fitness and it’s hard to stay even a little consistent. I do walk on a walking pad almost everyday but only for about 1mi (1.6km). Any advice on how to get more into fitness and eat a bit healthier? I already eat a good deficit and it practically does nothing. Help! Pictures of before and after I gained the weight for comparison

The conflict of in-between
I’ve been reflecting on this past year and who I hope to become in 2026, and honestly, I’ve felt a little caught in the middle. I keep picking up the pen and putting it back down opening Pinterest for inspiration and ending up with everything… yet nothing that feels like direction. It’s like standing between two versions of myself the person I’ve been and the person I’m trying to grow into. I know I need to start, but the question “start where?” keeps echoing in the background. I have a vision, but the in-between can feel loud and confusing. What’s been keeping me grounded is a line I came across: “Sometimes God shows you the victories of others so your faith can expand.” I’m learning to see those moments as encouragement, and I’m genuinely grateful to be surrounded by women who are moving forward with purpose. Is anyone else navigating that in-between space? How did you push through it or what helped you begin again?
Group Call Gems 💎
Hello lovely ladies! Leyla shared some wonderful gems on our group call 12/24. Here's a few topics we covered ⭐️ Elegance is composed of body language, voice and the nervous system. Body Language- Train our body to have good posture and to move slowly. Avoid fidgeting. A good tip is to stretch daily to open up our body. Voice- This is the most important change that can be made in our elegance and image. Try to keep it calibrated no matter what room we are in when we are speaking 🤗 Nervous System- When we walk into a room, stay calibrated. Stay calm, leaving our ego, and entering with humility telling ourselves that we deserve to be in every room we are invited into. (I love this!) Which of these stand out to you that you'd like to focus on in 2026? I'm fascinated to learn more about maintaining a calibrated nervous system and can't wait to read about stoicism and how this develops elegance. Lastly some books that influenced her are "Psycho Cybernetics" by Maxwell Maltz, "Lessons of Stoicism" by John Sellars and "Mastery by Robert Green." Have a beautiful upcoming week ladies 🌸
