What I learned from my elegance journey
Hi lovelies, I wanted to share something I learned from my own elegance journey that may help you on yours. Becoming elegant will make it clearer to you where you don't belong. You'll find yourself outgrowing certain rooms, environments, people, and roles. These things will quietly drain you through noise/chaos, lack of beauty, emotional roughness, etc.... until staying begins to feel unbearable. Sometimes the most elegant thing you can do is adapt externally while protecting your inner world: Be discerning instead of judging yourself. Say less. Keep your circle small. Hold your inner standard. Preserve whatever touch points with beauty you may have. Sometimes we may think that we are the ones who need to be "fixed" or "improved" when really it's about the structures or the environments that need to change. Just food for thought! xx

Hi lovelies 🎀 My name is Jessica and I am the founder of Essentialist Method. Originally, my business started as a biohacking coaching program to help women reveal their body's natural proportions. It has since then evolved into a private identity refinement atelier for women who are on a journey of self-discovery and self-mastery. I am currently based in Texas, but I have lived all over (New York, California, Copenhagen, Palm Beach). I found Leyla on TikTok and was so impressed with her feminine elegance and strategic mind–and at such a young age. I am in the midst of a personal rebrand myself. A few months ago, I had to literally cut off all my hair after a series of three bad haircuts. This had severely impacted my confidence and I have really stayed hidden and isolated most of this year. Only recently have I started to see it as a symbol of a complete "rebirth," so to speak. My goal in joining this community is to reconnect with my femininity (despite losing my hair) and also to develop new friendships. I am looking at myself as a clean slate–style-wise etc. and I am rebuilding myself, brick-by-brick.

@Lais Albano Essentialist Method is undergoing a major transformation but I would love to share a link to our Discovery Guide with you: https://www.canva.com/design/DAG8CXMGOn8/z7rEGfuIwnw_LP-gcrMe6A/edit?utm_content=DAG8CXMGOn8&utm_campaign=designshare&utm_medium=link2&utm_source=sharebutton Our original 12-week protocol was designed specifically for a body reset. Since then, I have shifted the protocol towards optimizing beauty but my clients still go back to the original method to this day when they need a reset.

@Naomi Omoroghomwan Hi Naomi! Yes, I do: @essentialist.method on IG and my website is essentialistmethod.com :) I am still working on my new content strategy for IG so it hasn't been updated in a few months. If you'd like to learn more about the original body reset protocol, here's a link to our Discovery Guide: https://www.canva.com/design/DAG8CXMGOn8/z7rEGfuIwnw_LP-gcrMe6A/edit?utm_content=DAG8CXMGOn8&utm_campaign=designshare&utm_medium=link2&utm_source=sharebutton

For purely conversational purposes, I love learning new languages through the Pimsleur Method which has you speaking after 1 lesson! It's a very unique language used by international spies for decades. I have used it for trips to Japan, Russia, and Denmark.

@Leyla Karimova Yes! I briefly worked remotely for ART + AUCTION magazine in ad sales but flew to Moscow for the launch party at Cafe Pushkin in 2008. I love the Russian people so much and was engaged to a Russian art dealer in my 20's. I also went to a fun dinner at Mari Vanna and saw Giselle at the Bolshoi. It was an unforgettable trip.
