Does anyone know anything about gym?😊
Hi loves✨🤗 Tomorrow is the first day that I will go to the gym I want to make my waist smaller, and I’m searching up routines to achieve this goal, but I keep seeing conflicting information online about what to do which is making me feel lost 😖😓 Is there anyone who knows about these things, who could help me build a routine? I would realllyyy appreciate it, thank you soo much 🥰🥰❤️

Hey love I hope you have such a great time at the gym tomorrow!! when it comes to making the waist small one thing that works for me is Pilates (however if I’m being honest I’ve always had a small waist however I noticed a decrease 2 months ago and I noticed a decrease!). The routine I normally do is by hinafit curvy waist it’s only 6 mins!! and when it comes to the gym I only started going recently but I used to run in the park 4-5 times a week and I would wrap a scarf around my waist (don’t do it too tight unless you wanna faint ✨) some people buy weight pads I forgot what they are called. And honestly diet!!! now when it comes to finding the right diet for you the best tip I could give you I’d CUT OUT PROCESSED FOODS. I don’t each time as much anymore (sometimes I will I blame the luteal phase) but the intake has definitely reduced compared to before. Remember to be intentional with everything you do and consume and enjoy honestly and plsssss don’t copy routines find inspiration that’s how you build a routine that works WITH your body!!!

@Alishba D of course love and yes a waist trainer will do! I only used a scarf because I didn’t have a waist trainer 😂. I genuinely don’t think it’s hard to find what works for you. it’s just patience honestly. There will be a routine that works for you!! 🤍🤍 and honestly if you go to enjoy time will pass!! Be present!!
What I learned from my elegance journey
Hi lovelies, I wanted to share something I learned from my own elegance journey that may help you on yours. Becoming elegant will make it clearer to you where you don't belong. You'll find yourself outgrowing certain rooms, environments, people, and roles. These things will quietly drain you through noise/chaos, lack of beauty, emotional roughness, etc.... until staying begins to feel unbearable. Sometimes the most elegant thing you can do is adapt externally while protecting your inner world: Be discerning instead of judging yourself. Say less. Keep your circle small. Hold your inner standard. Preserve whatever touch points with beauty you may have. Sometimes we may think that we are the ones who need to be "fixed" or "improved" when really it's about the structures or the environments that need to change. Just food for thought! xx

Small wrist watches tip ⌚️🤍
I have super small wrists and I never used to wear watches because they always looked too big on me. Until I discovered ✨ vintage watches ✨. You can find really beautiful and affordable ones + they fit small wrists so much better. I’ve collected four of them over the last few years and I wanted to share them with you 🤍
