Oat meal (5 tbsp of oats +1 tsp chia seeds + 1 apple and some nuts and 1 that of pumpkin seeds ) .
Breakfast
2 boiled eggs + 8 almonds 3-4 cashews and 1 cup tea without sugar.
Lunch
Chickpeas salad (red beans +cucumber+carrot+beetroot+ boiled chicken +tomatoes and add 2 that of yogurt and pinch of black pepper).
