Notes of todays session
In dev terms, we often think: Success = Skills + HardWork. But the real-world deployment is different. According to the "Formula of Rizq," the variables that actually matter are Taqwa and Intention. We have two operating systems to choose from: Rooh or Nafs The Nafs runs on "Shortcuts" and "Greed." The Rooh runs on "Sincerity" and "Trust in Allah." Don't let your actions bug your own Barakah. Stay sincere to the process, keep the intention clean, and remember: Rizq is more than just money—it's the peace in your work.

Carol Dweck Explained This Theory | Why Most People Stay Stuck
Today I read an article that randomly came in front of me. Usually, I don’t read articles that much… but the topic was so interesting that I stopped and read it completely. The article was basically about how people are often scared to ask questions because they think others will judge them. And honestly… I felt this thing inside myself too. And I think a lot of people feel the same way. Harvard Business Review also talked about a concept called “Fear of Looking Stupid” - which means people avoid asking questions because they think others will see them as less smart. But research also says that people who ask questions learn faster, become more confident, and make better decisions. I’ve noticed that many people get scared before even asking a question. They think: “What will people think?” “What if my question is too small?” “This is such a basic thing…” “What if people say I should already know this?” And this is exactly what stops people from growing. People don’t ask questions…They don’t clear their mindset…They don’t remove their confusion…Just because they are scared of people’s reactions. But the reality is simple: You have to start your work. You have to learn. You have to grow. And the other person? They have their own life and their own work too. If you keep thinking about “what people will think", you will never be able to learn openly. Stanford psychologist Carol Dweck also explains this in the idea of a “growth mindset” - the people who are not afraid of asking questions or making mistakes are the ones who actually grow. Asking questions does not make you weak. Not asking questions is what keeps you weak. 🔥 Sources: - Forbes — Why Asking Questions Is Scary @Shiv pratap Singh @Faiz Rasool

Subah ka Waqt: Ibaadat aur Learning - 08:00 AM: Aaj subah thodi der se aankh khuli jis wajah se Fajar kaza ho gayi thi. Uthte hi sabse pehle qaza namaz ada ki aur din ki shuruat sukoon ke saath ki. - 08:30 AM - 10:30 AM: Nashte ke baad apne 'Start Here' course par focus kiya. Aaj ka target poora karke uska ek update community par share kiya—progress share karne se ek alag hi accountability feel hoti hai. Dopehar ka Waqt: Jumma aur Research - 11:00 AM - 01:00 PM: Aaj Jumma tha, toh thodi der apni regular padhaai ki aur phir namaz-e-jumma ki taiyari shuru ki. - 02:30 PM: Jumme ki namaz ke baad waqt nikaalkar Solar Plant ke baare mein research ki. Namaz ke baad zikr aur thoda relax kiya . Shaam se Raat: Fitness aur Project Focus - 07:15 PM - 08:45 PM: Magrib ki namaz ada karne ke baad Gym chala gaya. Magrib se Isha ke beech ka waqt workout ke liye kaafi sahi raha, body ko stretch aur train karke kaafi active feel ho raha hai. - 10:15 PM: Dinner ke baad ab wapas apne System par baith gaya hoon. Raat ka sukoon project complete karne ke liye sabse best hota hai. Aaj ka goal hai ki project ke main modules ko final touch de sakun. Din ki shuruat bhale hi thodi late hui, lekin namaz, coding aur research ke beech balance bana raha ALHAMDULILLAH.
