Injuries
Wasn't active for a while bc i was dealing with a small injury. So about three weeks ago my right side back muscle started hurting and decided i should Take a break. Fast forward to last tuesday i come back in training so i can play the game on saturday. Everything went well, caught a lot of balls but after this mornings session the pain came back.. honestly it's exhausting. Last november i got injured in the lower back area and sat out until july and now this again. Any tips on how to overcome it and recover faster?
Drop kicks
Morning All, Jacks coach has fed back yesterday that the coaches at the club need to work on him when to release the ball for a kick or hold on as long as possible as they felt at times it out the team under pressure by being to quick. I have asked that they need to teach him the triggers they looking for, gir fast release and slow. I strongly suspect that we will get nothing as that is really hard to teach. What are your thoughts? Cheers Simon

I think that comes with experience and it also depends on the moment in the match. He can count to 5 in his mind so that he knows the time is up and he has to release it and therefore he can hold on as long as possible. Hope that helps🙌

Resilience
Awful weather for my son’s 9am kick off but he was ready for anything in his J4K waterproof and gloves. Couple of mistakes meant the were 3-1 down but Oscar kept his head up, made some quality saves and ended up winning 5-4. Resilience is so important.
