- Differentiate between giving information for free and implementing it quickly for streamlined results. - To build momentum, focus on getting quick wins and results, starting with a strong foundation. - The 5 S's to prioritize are Strategy, Skills, Systems, Self-Leadership, and Signature Offer. - When it comes to skills, prioritize sales, content, copywriting, hiring, leadership, tech-skills, and finance. - Implementing more systems can give you more freedom as an entrepreneur and make it easier to hire people. - Self-leadership is key to leading your business to success. - Your signature offer should solve your clients' problems and have a clear process. - A strong strategy is important for both client conversion and retention. - When everything is working, running your business can be fulfilling and enjoyable. - Creating a community can eliminate the need to worry about where your clients are coming from. - Start by building the least scalable things first, like a high ticket 1x1 offer, before moving on to building a community, mastermind, or courses. - A 10k month lead generation strategy can start with the Skool community, followed by Instagram posts, boosting/ads, getting people to DM you, setting sales calls, closing deals, and keeping clients happy. - Create a video for the "workshop that does not matter" and use it to book calls. - Remember that all roads lead to a call, even for the "community that does not matter." Eventually, leads will be converted.
