I just moved to Kelowna BC, from Mexico (literally last weekend) after living in Puerto Vallarta for the last 15 months. #2 - What I want out of this community is to be of the utmost service... I want to connect with new friends, I want to serve our existing clients and I want to help people expand their impact, their belief in themselves and about what is possible in terms of generating cash flow and I want to have a ton of fun! #3 - For fun... Anybody have a great system for keeping your sh*t together š? I use google calendar for meetings, client appts, appointments for the fam and a paper monthly calendar so I can see the big picture. I also have a remarkable where I sometimes get the weekly plan and all the todos. I am on the go a lot and have 3 different office locations (4 if you count my carš)! Hey all! I just wanted to jump in here and say hello, I'm excited to be part of a community of those driven to have more positive impact on a greater scale! I only recently came across @Dan Harrison's work and instantly resonated so really looking forward to diving in! I'm a physio turned breath enthusiast and have found no tool that comes close to restoring and optimising breathing when looking at stress, anxiety, energy and mood regulation. To those that have been active in the community here a while... any tips for getting the most out of it? Secondarily Dan, or admin, I just wanted clarification on the 14 day challenge. I see it's locked, but can't see if it unlocks at a certain level? I understand the points system so will focus on engagement and providing value, but is that where we unlock the 14 day challenge? I'm wondering if I should reduce my rates to be more "market rate" for a manual osteopath or keep them at the elevated rate I had chosen for expertise in concussion. The long version: My situation isn't straight forward... I opened a space one day a week in the city back in July for "extra money" and fun, while I was contracting for another company in the neighbouring town 4 days a week. I increased my rates for that to $180/hr from $150 based on a significant amount of continued education in concussion work. When the clinic I was contracting for in the smaller town suddenly closed their doors I moved my practice to the city full time, offering my existing clients a discount. It's felt INCREDIBLY slow getting new clients in. Every client, I end up giving a discount because they're existing clients or referred by existing clients.... I know I'm worth $180/h but also need to make money. I'm wondering if I should just reduce my rates fully, keep discounting or???????

There will be many times that you want to quit and if you are driven by the idea of getting money, or fame or the idea of sitting back sipping piƱa coladas on a beach somewhere chances are you aren't going to make it... because in the beginning there won't be a lot of money, or fame or time to sit on a beach... so you'll probably quit. However, if you can FALL IN LOVE with SERVICE... if you can FALL IN LOVE with CREATING... if you can FALL IN LOVE with the UNFOLDING and view this entrepreneurial journey as an opportunity to learn about yourself and to BECOME the next highest version of yourself... then you have a real shot because you enjoy and are focused on the process... not the outcome. Let the outcome take care of itself. A note about money: In a past life I was a CFP, I have studied money my entire life, I know it intimately... I know how it moves, I know the rules of the game, I know how to earn it, grow it... and lose it. After studying money for nearly 20 years I can tell you that the more you focus on it... the less you'll have of it. Money is important but money is not the goal and should not be the focus... Our end goal is to commit to solving the health epidemic that our world is currently facing and each doing our part to help heal the people we are here to serve who may be struggling with physical health, emotional health, spiritual health, relational health, energetic health, psychological health or any combination ... each of us can make a difference and collective we can make a ripple of change. This must be the focus. Not money.

In November of last year CHATGPT became available to the public and since its release the way we do business has fundamentally changed. . The INFORMATION age is Behind us and the INTEGRATION or EXPERIENCE age is here. . What does that mean? . Well it means that the old way of simply unpacking your Knowledge and packaging it as a course or a service will no longer be enough as a coach or health professional. . Information has become fully democratized and for many, CHATGPT Can already produce better content and better courses way faster than they ever could. . So if you are using CHATGPT for all your content, courses, emails etc and AI Can replace you and your entire content strategy I promise you⦠you will be out of business faster than you can even imagine. . CHATGPT commoditizes knowledge allowing consumers of information or coaching programs to make purchasing decisions based solely on the price-tags of the item in question and so the Consequence of using CHATGPT for everything is that there will be nothing unique about you or your offer and you will be competing with others based on price⦠. And in any industry, competing on price is a fast race to the bottom. . So how do you avoid being in a situation where you have to continually cut your price just to compete in the market as a health professional or coach? . By creating something that AI Canāt replace and that canāt be replicated. . For us that means a shift in focus towards 3 things: 1) Community Over Funnels 2) Personal Brand over Direct Response Marketing 3) Experiences over Information . This coupled with the awareness that people donāt buy coaching programs they buy the Professionals we will be able to create value that canāt be replicated or replaced With A.I. allowing us to continue to raise our prices when others are dropping theirs. . So use CHAT GPT to help with your creation process just donāt unwittingly create a situation where you let AI Replace you and your business.

10 Years ago I joined my first high ticket mastermind, Life Success with Bob Proctor. I paid $15,000 and about 6 months into the program I was pissed. Because I was more broke than when I started, I thought his whole jam was a sham. I told myself I was showing up to the calls, reading the books, doing the work, starting my own mastermind groups... nothing was working and I blamed Bob. I wanted a refund. So I voiced my concerns to him on one of our calls... He just sat there... The silence felt like minutes... Then he asked me a simple question. Are you carrying your goal card on you? I immediately felt myself getting defensive and went into a story about all the things that I WAS doing in his program... He stopped me. That wasnāt my question. Have you written out your goal card and are you carrying it on you right now? I said no. Well how do you expect this program to work for you if you arenāt going to do the work as it is designed? Writing out your goal card was literally the very first step of this program... and you didnāt do it. You skipped over one of the most important pieces and now you are upset because it isnāt working? He was right. And as much as I did not want to admit it... I could see in that moment that I was blaming him, using a litany of excuses, wasnāt really being coachable, or doing the program as it was designed. I learned an incredibly valuable and humbling lesson on that day. Likely worth the entire $15,000 investment. This was the day I learned to to take 100% responsibility for my life and my results and stop blaming other people or circumstances. I took the coaching. I went home and wrote out my goal card. āI am so happy and grateful now that I earn $10,000 a month easily and effortlessly from multiple streams of income in increasing quantitiesā I stuck it in a plastic sleeve and carried it on my every day for the next 6 months. I did take the coaching but I still remember thinking this is so stupid... as if this is the reason why the program is not working...

1. The Problem: This is the most important piece of a truly transformational High-Value offer that people will willingly pay premium prices forā¦. It has to solve a real problem that people are ready to have solved. When you start with the problem you want to solve you can shift out of trading your time for money and begin charging based on the value that your clients perceive the solution to be worth. When you can ⦠choose to solve critical and specific problems! 2. The Promise: You need to be able to quantify what your program actually doesā¦. Nobody is going to buy your program without understanding what they are getting in return for their investment. ā āHelp you lose 20lbs in 90 daysā ā āHeal your chronic illness in 6 monthsā ā āRemove your joint and back pain without medications in 90 daysā ā āSave your marriage in 3 monthsā Now you might be thinking to yourself ⦠But what if I canāt deliver on my promise? Well⦠this is the game my friend. As a coach or practitioner you are in the business of selling promises and becoming the very best in the world at delivering on your promisesā¦. do whatever it takes. Your promise gets you in the arena and the more you play, the better you get and eventually your promises become inevitable outcomes. 3. The Perils (Risk Reversal): This is where you remove the risk for clients and also lower the risk of you not being able to deliver on your promise: š„ "I'll work with you until you achieve it" š„ "I'll refund you if you don't" Guarantees & Risk Reversal are one of those big levers that will help you generate more sales when you get them dialled in. 4. The Price: Stop charging transactionally and start charging based on the transformational outcome you help clients achieve. Your clients are not paying for your time they are paying for an outcome make sure your pricing is aligned with that fact. Solve bigger problems and charge accordingly. 5. The Person: The more specific and clear you are about who you help and how the more youāll be able to charge and the easier all of your marketing will be... This is true⦠AND ā¦. I have found that āchoosingā your niche is less like a one time event and more of a process that happens over time as you develop expertise, experience, wisdom and perspective in the field you are working in. So if you are not SUPER specific yet ⦠donāt worry. In the beginning phases of building your business you are probably going to help a wide variety of clients⦠and through that process of serving clients you will learn who you like working with and who you can help easier and faster than others⦠your niche will choose you over time as you become more of an expert.

I am planning to run FB ads soon for my program. It's priced around $500. What would be a better CTA - giving them a "Buy" option straightaway, or asking them to "Book a Call" with me? If I give them the "Buy" option, then I will have to lay out all the details of the offer (and the bonues) within the VSL . Right? (which will increase the VSL length to about 35 minutes...I'm thinking it's probably too long) But if CTA is going to be "Book a Call", then I think I don't need to give them all the details within the VSL. Right? (resulting in a shorter VSL). Any suggestions?
