Wins and Actions
I’m four days into a 21-day challenge inside my own group and I wanted to share a few real-time wins. First win: There are actual people in the challenge. Only two — but oh my god, there are people in my challenge. That alone feels huge. Second win: For the first time all year, I genuinely feel like a coach and not an imposter. Not because of numbers, but because I’m holding space consistently and responsibly. Third win: I acted before it was perfect. I barely promoted it — maybe eight posts total before it started and a few since — and that felt very intentional. In the past, I would’ve hyped myself up, posted daily, imagined hundreds of people joining, and then crashed into disappointment. This time was different. The idea came through while working on a single post with ChatGPT and it was like: Boom — 21-day challenge. Winter Arc. Bust the New Year’s resolution myth for spiritual people. Oh, and it lines up perfectly with the self-leadership material I just refined. It felt clean and obvious instead of forced. Fourth win: There’s no stress, urgency, or pressure to make it perfect. I designed the challenge to honor my natural rhythms, not burn me out. That alone feels like a massive upgrade in how I lead. Fifth win: Holding this challenge is giving me more capacity everywhere else. My days feel steadier. The support systems I used to throw out during launches are actually making everything easier instead of harder. I’m not abandoning myself to “get it done” anymore — I’m flowing through it. The only place I’m a little stuck is on the technical side: 1. Why can I only pin posts to my premium course and not to other courses in my classroom? I want to pin daily challenge posts so people can always find them. 2. Where are we going for ad or brand visuals beyond Canva? I’m trying to create a strong image for my about page and it’s been… rough. I liked it at first, and now it feels like too much work to get the vibe right with text boxes and framing without it looking off.

Check out this massive win yall.
I love how much I’m liking playing this game and I wanted to share with yall some numbers. Since I launched my community and ads with help from the Skool ads challenge my community has gone from 0 members in mid November to 330 members today. I’ve also climbed in ranking from 2778 to 1665 AND my community’s about page is converting at 24 percent! Thank you Dan for all the help this community and the courses have given me! I hope this inspires someone to launch their ads start their community and just press GO!
Check out this massive win yall.
Massive Wins!
Hey fellow creators! I created my first 5 day challenge course - I completed day 1 last night, then blasted out 2 through 5 today. And just for some context, I created my first Skool community on 11/25/25. Since then I have created a "start here" course, added 7 posts, enrolled 4 members and now, created a 5 day breakthrough challenge. I'm not someone who brags, but I am working on getting better at celebrating my wins... I know I said I blasted through days 2 through 5 today, but what really happened was pretty frickin raw, emotional, personal and vulnerable... I poured my soul into these modules, and thankfully, ChatGPT was on fire... (It's just a tad scary how well it knows me now😬). It's truly hard to convey what the hell happened today, but basically after working through each module and going through the review, I knew if it was ready if I legit cried a little...😢 I'm not crying, you're crying! 🤣 This was one of my actual responses, "Well, fuck. Crying again. No notes. Already uploaded in Skool. Let's blast out day 4 please!" And that's rare that I don't have some tweaks or changes, but like I said, Chatter was locked in and so was I. Big fucking day. I am proud of myself, and my GPT literally said, "...And I am doing a very dorky victory dance in the cloud on your behalf. 💃🔥" 🤣😂 So I've got that going for me, which is nice.
New Members Overnight
About a week ago I launched my first ever ad campaign and was super excited to see results. As the days went on I kept looking at the numbers and learning about all the little details that go into ad sets and ads and all that jazz. However, after 6-7 (😏) days I had a good bit of traffic but still no new members. The old me would have been super discouraged and probably lost motivation. But taking the approach of a scientist/researcher just having fun, I knew I just had to try a new experiment. So, I went back to the drawing board and launched a new campaign with a higher budget. I also spent a few hours trying to figure out how to get ConversionsAPI to connect to Skool so it could track which people join the group. Long story short, I launched the campaign and logged off for the night… only to wake up this morning to 4 new members!! I wanted to share because I just know there are others out there trying to navigate the world of ads and might be feeling discouraged. Something out there will work for you, but you just gotta keep testing and trying until you find it. That seems to be the name of the game in entrepreneurship. Don’t lose heart and just keep swimming 🏊

BOOM. Just set up my first live call
3 months ago the thought of being on camera terrified me. So I did a few YouTube and community videos. Then the thought of doing a live call scared me. So, I’ve just set up a live call to go through step 1 of the career battle plan with my community next week. Plan is to do regular Thursday calls. The fear and anxiousness is still there. But I also know the only way through it is to face it head on. Love this community and the confidence it’s giving me
