On one of the calls i dialed into, may have been the Self Selling Demo, you mentioned the upcoming release of 'Assistable Teams'- i believe multiple Agents interacting with one another.... I seem to remember you mentioning it would be released sometime mid November.... Is there an updated release timeline for this, and or, can you let us know a few more specifics on expected capability?

I have a client that would not only like for their bot to answser questions, but they would also like for their bot to go through a sles script of information when a client wants to know specifics about a product. My question is, if I added the script to the knowledge base as a text file. What would be the syntax used in the prompt to go to that knowledge base file when needed?

I have a challenging issue I'm trying to solve around getting the AI assistant to respond in a particularly style: BACKGROUND: I have a client that's a millennial that's killing it as a coach. Their primary sales channel is reaching their audience through Instagram and via Instagram DMs. ISSUE/QUESTION #1: I've created an AI DM setter/closer for Instagram for them. We're trying to match her style as closely as possible in the bot's replies, but her entire team all chats in short successive messages that are phrases and sentences rather than 1 slightly longer message. I've tried to handle this through style guardrails as well as personality nuances, but I can't seem to get the bot to break messages apart into multiple short messages. Does anyone have any ideas on how should I go about making the bot do this?

I know that we can setup multiple call transfers based on criteria, but is it possible that if the first number called is not answered that it moves on to the next person in the call transfer list and if no one is available transferred to a vm number?
