Session 6
I have watched all the sessions so far on replay as the time is 2.am for me in Australia when it’s live. I’m concerned as I will be at work on a night shift in a hospital and unable to watch session 6 live. I really want to get the best out if this experience and gain so much insight into how I can move forward as I’ve learnt so much about myself already. What can I do about session 6 will I miss out on a lot of it if I can’t watch it live, is there a replay and what is excluded or can you only do it live? I hope someone can help it’s making me quite anxious the thought of not being able to complete the program when I’ve come so far. Thank you.

Watch this before the bonus event (day 6) šŸŽ„ This is the final call from Cohort 2. This is them on the day the six weeks ended. 42 days ago, they sat exactly where you're sitting right now. Today is the bonus event (day 6). Make sure you show up, even if you haven't started or finished the challenge. This is the doorway. The same one every person in that video walked through. Be in the room live. šŸ‘‰ SET REMINDERS! Drop "I'M IN" below if you'll be there. @Heather Jensen went from giving her best energy to a draining day job to taking back her mornings for her novel and screenplay after 43 years of bedtime procrastination. @Lynn Berry went from "too old, too fat, too arthritic, and too afraid to change" to opening her own Reiki practice at 72, befriending the body she came in afraid @Tracy Weiss went from rock bottom and almost hopeless to "I'm a whole new person, and I like myself now." @Sammy Boyster went from crash-landing into the program with no housing and a job that didn't fit to a job that works for her, stable housing, and finances back on track. @Darci Wert went from thinking about getting rid of her things so it'd be easier to clean her space after she died to launching a coaching business. @Sara Ellisson went from suicidal thoughts and the belief she had to struggle to prove her existence to choosing to stay, minute by minute, for little Sara inside her. @Sean Frost went from a frantic ball of energy flying blind in survival mode to slower, steadier, and able to live with the difficult thing without quitting. @Randy Keats went from almost joining another "ADHD productivity program" to finally looking deeper inside.

I would love to be there but its 2.am in Australia plus I am on a night shift so can't stop the world to watch, so will have to watch it on replay. I'm in on replay!
6th session
I cant make 2am, 6th session. It will completely mess with the sleep pattern i have been working so hard to master. Will I miss too much by not attending and just watching replay? Thanks

I’m hearing you too just can’t do 2.am plus I’m working on a night shift so really can’t do it. It’s a shame if we can’t access the bonuses being offered especially being the other side of the world and 19 hours ahead. Will just have to see what we can do I guess. Hope it’s going well for you.

🚨 5 Day Challenge: Everything you need to know

The time zone for me is 2am is it ok to do it on replay and if you do are you able to access all of the information as I can't effectively function from 2am for the day. Once I am up I can't go back to bed as my brain is far to switched on, it will make for a very long day, and trying to study will be even more challenging than usual. Thanks
Over complicate everything it seems
I am studying at uni and get asked to gut articles to discuss with my supervisor. I gut them but then make so many connections I end up with masses of Notes 4-6 pages of them for 1 article and spend hours on each article even when I have 30 plus to present. I’m presenting far too much information but don’t know how to reduce it down to the fine details, spending far too much time trying to cover everything I think is important and complicate the whole thing. Has anyone else experienced this, and if so how did you manage to get to a good process to be able to power through the presentation of all the articles. My brain thinks almost everything is important and is connected to the topic. Help…. Thank you šŸ™šŸ»
