Today was a hard mental health day, just letting my emotions get the best of me. It happens, we are human, not robots. I share this not for pity for to see you in me and vice versa. We will never be able to walk in each others shoes but the more openly US we can each be, the better the each other can show up and move through the emotions. So my win is getting all my 75 Hard tasks done though my attitude was poo poo today. Let’s hear your win!! Big or small or hey, share your struggles, I bet you’ll feel better, I certainly do.

Back to sharing my daily meals! this isn’t a normal day but we stopped and this bakery had beautiful bread and bagels lol so yes yes yes! as I start 75 hard on 1/12 and bread will not be part of my life for 75 days. Ps- the cake pops are even better today 🤤 This is 136g of protein 2401 cals 27g fiber *everyones nutritional goals are different, message me for help, this is just to give you ideas.

I’m feeling grateful to have found this community and I’m excited to see where the journey takes me. I’ve fluctuated in my weighed over the years and haven’t been consistent so being able to find a platform and people that genuinely care and someone that’s going to push me to be better, I’m happy to be here now!
