The breath hold does not lie. If there is one thing you can train, that does not cost anything, and is available to you at any time, it's the breath hold. Whenever you need a reset, prepare yourself for a difficult moment, or get wake yourself up, hold your breath. It does not have to be long. It can be a minute. maybe even 30 seconds. The thing is... once you make the breath hold part of your routine. A quick hold becomes a gentle push... a nudge... instead of a challenge. Day 1- 40 seconds. Not great, but, hope to improve this by end of week. Have been recovering from a pulmonary mycobacterium infection, so I am happy to be able to hold my breath at all.

@Rory Phelan thank you Rory, I watched the replay because I fell asleep. could only hold my breath 40 secs - but will do the training every day this week. Can't wait for the results
